I started taking all the above and my numbers are normal now. I've started to lose a bit of weight as well. I was taking too much of this at first though. I would have it twice a day. Too much can cause kidney issues. And the amount in these pills is high. I cut a pill in half now. I had to stop taking the alpha pill after a month because it was interfering with my thyroid condition. So I've only taken this one and the berberine for the past couple of months. Fasting 18 hours a day and longer fasts monthly also help reverse insulin resistance. So I do this as well. Also I have a small amount of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and MCT oil in water each morning to help with blood sugar. It's also good to walk 20 min as soon as you've finished your last bite of food or get on a vibration plate. I've done both but more often than not, I don't do either. I mainly credit the Berberine and fasting for helping. But hopefully this pill is playing a part as well.
