I'm taking it for Hashimoto's. I've only been taking it for a week now. It'll take a month, give or take, to feel the effects. I feel a little better already but hopefully, in time, I'll feel the full effect of taking this organic blend. The taste %26 smell are bad tho. Smells like garlic.

Other than a terrible taste, it's easy to easy and the value is worth it. If you have to take it, yes it's worth getting through the taste. Just remember to eat or drink something with it to erase the taste. It's no where near as bad as cough medicine 😉

I have recently been diagnosed with low thyroid, hypothyroidism, I'm limited on what I can take due to Alpha gal syndrome. I have bought the product because it was safe as far as that goes, but I cannot finish taking the product due to another issue I have. which induce vomiting, I'm still on a search to find something that will work for me. I'm not saying it's a good or bad product it is safe for Alpha-gal patients.
