A great multivitamin
My regular multivitamin has been out of stock for weeks so I decided to give these ones a try. And I'm so glad I did! I love that they're designed for women over 40 who are most likely in Perimenopause. They taste great so I don't mind taking 4 a day lol. I think I'm already noticing some subtle improvements in my skin, yay. They're a bit pricey but I feel good taking these vitamins. Clean ingredients and no side effects! My new multivitamin.

The reason that I like Garden of Life MyKind Or...
is because it's not your average multivitamin. As a woman in my 40s, I need something that's tailored to my specific needs, and this product delivers. The fruit blend gives it a delicious taste that makes taking my daily vitamins a treat. Plus, knowing that it's certified vegan and organic gives me peace of mind that I'm putting only the best ingredients into my body. Time will tell, but off to a good start
The taste and consistency of these gummy vitamins is much higher than others I have tried in the past. One negative that I have is having to take four a day - I would rather only have to take one or two. I have only been taking them for about two weeks, so I cannot yet attest to their efficacy, which is another reason I am only giving this product four stars instead of five (for now). I will have a better idea on this in a few months.
