I was thrilled, to get the Best Price Mattress Gel-Infused Memory Foam Mattress, to review - because I desperately needed a new mattress! I got a queen size mattress and was very eager to see what happened, once I took it out of the box and unwrapped it. I had never seen a boxed mattress, up close, before - just in ads, on the internet. So I was really anxious, to see this mattress unfold, to it's full size. Once the rolled/compressed mattress is removed, from the box, the mattress begins to decompress. Lay it on the bed, zipper side down, right away. Cut away and remove the remaining protective plastic. The mattress will soon decompress to it's full size. (The instructions state the mattress takes 48 hours to decompress fully and wait until then, to add bed linens.) The instructions state there may be an odor, from the mattress being sealed in plastic, however I detected no odor, with mine. My mattress, once unrolled, went from about two inches to approximately 7 inches high, in less than 10 minutes. However, I waited before trying to sleep on it, for the first time. So far, setting this mattress up, has been very simple and I was able to do it, all by myself. After sleeping, on the mattress, I have only good things to say, about it! As someone with chronic back issues, I am accustomed to waking up and being in pain. I had yet to find a mattress, to give me any relief. Even though I have a lovely mattress topper, which cushions me nicely - it did nothing to help alleviate my pain. This wonderful new mattress does just that - as it conforms to my body and relieves the pressure points, which have always caused me such discomfort. This mattress supports me, but is not hard - it cushions my body, while supporting it and allows me to sleep comfortably. I do not find myself shifting around, constantly trying to find a better position, to sleep. Instead of waking up, stiff and sore and TIRED....I woke up, with no pain and felt rested. I am extremely happy, with this mattress and would highly recommend it, to others!

This mattress offers great support and comfort for a good night's sleep. The gel layer dissipates heat, so no hot spots from the foam spoils your sleeping comfort. Movement of your spouse or partner will not interrupt your sleep. This product offers great support between two individual sleeping partners. My wife and I have used our queen size mattress for one week and are very happy with both comfort and quality. It did take one night's sleep to adjust between our previous mattress and this new one. I now have less aches after a night's sleep and I can now comfortably sleep on my back. A removable mattress cover or pad is provided with the mattress. It can easily be removed when you are ready to wash it. Our mattress was shipped to our house and arrived rolled-up inside the manufacture's box. My wife removed the mattress from the box then carried it to the bedroom in the plastic wrap that it ships in. Instructions mention that once out of the plastic wrap, it can take up to a day to fully inflate to 7 inches. They also recommend airing the mattress out to let the material and manufacturing smalls dissipate before making the bed. We placed our new mattress on top of our original box spring and bed foundation. The height seems about right for us. We both can easily enter and exit the bed without a fuss. Both my wife and I are pleased with this product and have no issues to report after one week's experience. We enjoy the support and comfort!

The Gel memory foam definitely helped with my back pain and made my body feel less sore than my older mattress. The only thing is that once you remove the plastic you do have to wait over 24-48 hrs otherwise the mattress is going to be very squishy and flat and that's something I thought I can skip but you definitely shouldn't skip this step.

The mattress was sealed tightly and contained in a rectangular box that was light weight and easy to carry upstairs. The directions were clear and included pictures. It is very important to follow the directions to ensure that you do not cut or tear the mattress. Once the bag was opened we placed the mattress on a full size platform bed. I noticed that it expanded a little each day. By the fifth day, it had expanded to about 6.5 inches. I'm not sure if this is the maximum height that the mattress will reach or if it still needs more time to fully expand to 7 inches. We then covered the mattress with a waterproof sheet and a fitted sheet. We had no problems placing a standard size fitted sheet onto the mattress. After a few nights of sleeping on it, I found that the mattress is firm but yet still very comfortable. While laying on it, it feels good on my back and still allows for my shoulders and hips to relax. It contours to my body and helps with my many aches and pains. The gel memory foam helps to keep me cool at night but not cold. I did not notice any odors or chemical smells associated with the mattress. My daughter slept on the bed one night and noticed that it is “not bouncy” like her bed is. Unlike a spring mattress, this mattress does not shake or behave like a spring mattress would. I like how the memory foam returns to its original form and shape and I especially like how the mattress was packaged and sent. It is so much easier to receive a compacted mattress in the mail, rather than to wheel and deal with mattress sales people in the stores. I am happy with this mattress and would recommend it to friends and family.

I weigh 250 lb and it provides good support. The memory foam part of it squishes nicely to provide some softness to the overall firm support.

It's a very cheap mattress but it's good quality. I've had the best sleep I've had in years sleeping on this mattress.

This 7 inch gel infused memory foam mattress is such an amazing concept. I had never heard of a mattress in a box so when it arrived I was suprised that is how it actually came. It arrived in a box inside a compact bag that you simply untie at the top and roll it out of. I liked that the instructions were very simple and the mattress was very light and easy to maneuver into the position as directed. After cutting it free from the protective plastic the mattress expands into form within seconds. I liked that was ordorless for the most part nothing over powering or taking longer than an hour to be completely gone for sensitive noses. I liked the firm, but softness it has and that you don't feel like you're sinking into it when you lay upon it like some foam mattresses. The swirly patterned cover is soft, smooth, feels good against your body even without sheets on. It looks like it could be zipped off to be washed. The mattress seemed to wick away moisture because my first nights sleep on it was an 75 degree night and I was very comfortable. I did not sweat as much as I would have with my regular mattress which I did like! I definately would recommend this memory foam mattress to family and friends.

I received my Best Price Mattress® 7-Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress in queen size. It came neatly package and bundled in a cellophane type bag tucked in a box that even I could pick up! Once I got it out of the box and opened the wrapper, it very quickly expanded the mattress until it was a full size 7” mattress! It was pretty cool how that worked! I put the mattress on top of my old mattress. It fit well, just made the bed a little taller . My first night sleeping on it was getting adjusted to the feel of it. It is very nice. It is firm, however, I noticed it tends to conform to your body and I am not sure I really like that. I think if anyone with any weight might make an it indent and you would tend to roll toward them. I only weigh 116. The mattress does come covered with a zippered cover that can be removed and washed. I really like that feature. My back was sore before sleeping on this mattress, and after the first night on the memory foam mattress, my back felt much better! Also, I have noticed that it is not cooler or even warmer as some mattresses can be. I think it is perfect for me! I am just now sure how this mattress would work for a heavy person. I would recommend this mattress if you are having neck or back problems.

This gel infused memory foam mattress is definitely priced right. The $159 for a full size mattress that can be used with or without a box spring, is a great deal. It is memory foam and has a 10 year guarantee so all that is good. It just seems a little too soft for memory foam. When it arrived compressed in a box, I had no idea what would happen when it expanded. I cut the bag and it instantly grew to its full size and shape. This is much different than other memory foam mattresses or toppers that take a few days to completely expand and relax in its normal shape. This may be why it is so soft. I feel this mattress will not be firm enough to use daily. when I tried to lay down, it seemed comfortable enough. It seems to divide weight well when laying down. It was when sitting on the bed that I noticed how week the foam was. It squished quite a lot under a small adults weight. I would be comfortable buying this for a child's bed and in fact, this is much nicer than many bunk bed mattresses of equal price. If I were buying a mattress for myself, I would spend a little extra for the modern sleep cool gel mattress from Walmart.
