This wooden, platform bed frame is very well constructed and the perfect color for my space! It arrived well-packaged in just a few days - I was impressed with how well the parts were packaged and protected from being scratched! The expresso color is a medium brown just like in the pictures, not a black brown. It's stylish and blends in well with the other furnishings in my room. Love that the frame is wood and not metal, too, which is one of the reasons I chose it. Frame went together easily and in less than an hour - all parts were included plus a tool to put it together. A bonus! It is sturdy and attractive, and I am particular. Using it as an extra bed/sofa-daybed. I am very happy with this purchase. Kudos to the company for their good looking design

pleasantly surprised with this bed frame. It came well packaged. I purchased 2 full size frames for my twin 17 year olds. They actually put these beds together by themselves. The directions were easy to follow and the tools needed to assemble the beds were included. These beds feel sturdy once assembled. I bought the 12 inch Memory foam mattresses for these beds and they work perfectly together.

Finely constructed of solid and well finished wood. The metal hardware for joints was precisely engineered. Had to pay close attention to follow the pictorial instructions; that said, assembly was easy; the tools needed for assembly were included in the shipment. Once assembled, the structure is very stable. Much better than a foundation mattress. We like it a lot!

i love this bed! I am only 5 foot 2 inches. tall and this bed is the perfect height for me. The bonus is it looks great too. It only took my son 45 minutes to put together and the tools come with it. I recommend this bed if you are looking for a great looking bed that is easy to assemble.

Set up was easy after i had a little troble putting the little wooden peices together it took me about an hour and a half to set the frame up. The wooden frame was a little small I thought it was a queen size I ordered a king size so I had to double check my order to make sure that it was king size and it was, I thought it would be an actual fit but what I had to do was pull the bedframe a little bit back from the wall to push my bed forward up against the wall so the end of my bed wouldn’t stick out and it looked much better.

Like the color! just isnt flat on the ground, had to add some felt on the bottom of 3 legs to make it not wobble.. Also i had to tighten screws after two weeks, and we tightened them great the first time not sure what made them come lose.. My queen bed also doesnt fit fully on it you can see that my bed is maybe an inch or two too small

BEWARE BEFORE ASSEMBLING: This appears to be a sturdy frame, however, it is wildly undersized for a queen frame. The mattress hangs off all sides - several on top and bottom and 6 inches off the side. The frame measures 73.5 in. x 54 in. Unfortunately, my teen son assembled it and I didn't see it until too late to return.

I ordered this bed frame with the expectation it would deliver in 3 days. Unfortunately after a few days of delivery updates at a stand still, I contacted Walmart customer service - the agent told me the package was lost, and issued me a refund. Once the package was confirmed lost, I ordered a new bed frame from a different website. 2 weeks later, I got an email saying my lost item was delivered to my address. The email stated if I did not return the item in 7 days, I would be recharged. Unfortunately, there was no item in my building to place a return label on %26 schedule an easy pick up. I then reached out to customer service for a 3rd time, telling the man my package was still lost. The man told me not to worry, and reassured me I would not be charged. Lo and behold, I was charged. I called customer service for a 4th time, and the woman escalated my case to the billing department. They told me they had “valid proof of delivery” and that I had to return the items to get my refund. There was no valid form of delivery. If there was, I would have the item. I called customer service for a 5th time, and the woman told me she issued a refund. I waited over 24 hours and did not receive a confirmation email of that refund. I reached out to customer service for a 6th time. He told me he would escalate this to another billing department and that I would receive confirmation of a refund in 48 hours. After being misled by now 3 agents, I have no faith I am going to receive this refund. If the item was going to deliver and was never actually lost, I would have never spent additional costs buying a new bed frame. With still no refund, I am writing this review in hopes someone from the customer service team can help me.

Ordered Natural Pine, received the wrong color (Pine). Had to use it immediately so got it assembled. Guess what, there are cracks and the lengths of the wood boards are not even such that many of them bends away >1cm from the supporting frame. customer service does not helping at all, extremely disappointed!!

I like the frame, however... it is missing two of the inserts on one of the end boards that you screw the bolts into to secure the side to the end. I have tried calling the manufacturer multiple times, left my phone number and email address. Never answer the phone. Never return the calls. Never receive an email. I would NOT RECOMMEND.
