i need this filter its ready for use no adjustment needed. its for my home-made humidifier. i tub and a blower fan, done, so easy, doing it for years now.but i need this filter it has the right size and length. Perfect !!

I've used this filter for my Honeywell Quiet Care humidifier for years. Work well at a nice price. Always order from WalMart. I use one per year, as I replace it after every winter season.

Works great, I like the universal size, the filters I purchased previously that were supposed to fit my Holmes humidifier had to be trimmed anyway and these are less expensive.

I have a cardboard template of my needed filter size. Cut it out of the box the filter comes in. Easy to cut to size. Best filter ever. Comes out to .90cents a filter. STURDY

Works great. Cut and go. Lasts depending on how often u use your humidifier. I've had a month to a few months before swapping out

I had to peel the fuzzy white part of the filter off by getting it soaking wet and carefully peeling it off bc it wasnt working with that on. its not very absorbant at all and i think its just on there in order to be able to use the velcro tabs. i just use a plastic bobby pin to hold it together at the top after cutting it to fit my mainstays humidifier (which i also love). with that fuzzy white part of the filter on, the water was just sitting there not moving. once i took it off the water finally got absorbed into the filter and into the air. works great now! i have enough filter left for 3 more! i will be peeling that outter white fuzzy layer off first. highly recommend! cant beat the price! $9.99 for 4 filters!

I thought the 2 meant two filters. I was disappointed when I received one. It cost me as much as six filters. They were not in stock so I had to order a universal one. I will make sure I order new filters ahead of time.

In winter, you sometimes have to buy what's left. In my case, it was this "universal filter". I've bought them before, but not as a first choice because they needed to be cut-down to fit my humidifier. Unfortunately, the geniuses at BestAir tried to make it easier to size this filter by covering one entire side in a fabric and providing two Velco-like straps to keep it sealed. The Velcro works all right, but the fabric layer dramatically reduces the airflow through the wicking material. Even this filter as brand-new, never got the built-in humidistat inside the humidifier to go above the "Change Now" range. Refills of the water tanks were less frequent than they were occurring with the standard (Sunbeam) filter that I had just replaced. I managed to obtain a different filter after a week, and the humidifier is back to 'regular' operation.
