Assembly was overwhelming at first glance, but thoughtful in hindsight. Just follow steps 1 by 1, and you won't have to backtrack. The tools provided didn't hurt my hands like similarly self-assembled furniture. I adore the size and spacious leg room once built. It doesn't look like its made from solid planks of heartwood, but it looks great considering how much it costs and how relatively simple it was to put together out of the box.

This desk was very fun to put together and it is perfect for my girlfriend! I wish it had been a bit cheaper but that's just cause I'm cheap :) it's sturdy and looks nice. Overall a very good desk

Have time and patience when bulding the Desk. It's very heavy.

Super easy to install but definitely need more than one person! Watch how you put the brackets on the slide drawer. Easy to get backwards. Super sturdy!! All in all, exactly what I was looking for.

This desk is perfect for a smaller home office. I love that it offers a standing component and some storage drawers. That's a great value and it looks nice. The only negative is putting this desk together was very difficult. My husband who is very handy took about three hours to assemble this. However, I'm very happy with my purchase. If you have a small space and are looking for an L shaped desk, this one is a great option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bestier 55inch Lift Top Desk with Power Outlet is a solid desk. I wish it was a little wider in terms of the piece that you sit / stand in front of. Building the desk was not the easiest, but I'm not an engineer by any means. I only gave this desk a 4 stars because the nuts to put the desk together were the wrong size, and I had to buy the correct ones.

The desk is pretty good hut unfortunately arrived damaged and missing parts. Hoping to get a replacement. Neither the manufacturer nor walmart were able to assist so I had to return and order a new one hoping I'd get all the parts this time.
