Great quality. This bed was easy to put together , directions were so simple and straightforward. It's sturdy and adorable. My daughter loves the led lights on the headboard , I love the corduroy fabric and the shelf !

Very sturdy bed that was easy to put together. We opted not to use the lighting factor and it's still a beautiful bed. Shelf on top of headboard is very handy for remotes. Easy to put together and a beautiful piece!

Very easy to put together. The quality is okay. But the side rail was missing 2 screws this part was already assembled in the box. Then the velcro strips on one of the slats was twisted and was not able to fix unless you remove the staples holding it to the slates. That was also already assembled in the box.

Decent enough bed , the footboard did not come with a place to insert the legs into .

To think Walmart could not get any worse. My box arrived and it was neatly and securely packed. The alarm bells started with the very first piece. The headboard. It's a soft corduroy material. In a beautiful color of cream. The second piece I was getting a little nervous. Third piece I was crying.. when it was completely unwrapped and sorted I was screaming!! Thanks Walmart, you sent me a USED BED FRAME!! At first I thought it might have gotten a little dirty from packing and shipping. But this, this is way beyond that. This is DISGUSTING and shame on you Walmart for packing it back up and reselling it!! Folks, the frame arrived with stains, hair and crushed bugs. Pictures do not lie! Right away you can see that the screw holes have been used. Ridiculously obvious! I double gloved my hands and God only knows what Walmart brought into my home! Well that hazmat junk is in the garage waiting for trash removal on Monday. Because there is no way I'm touching that thing again! You can come get if you'd like but again, it's NOT going in my car for drop off. Oh, I would also like a FULL REFUND! I'll need it for the inevitable upcoming drs visit. Shame on you Walmart. You finally have reached the bottom of the barrel.

I ordered this exact bed but ended up with a completely different product. I'm not 100% sure how you get a 12 cube organizer out of a bed but hey what do I know? Then when you try to reach out to the company, They won't even help. they said I need to contact Walmart, Well when I did all they could do is issue a refund because it is a third party seller. Do not buy from these scam artist!

Did not come with all the parts for assembly. I even have a video as proof.

Arrived with four parts labeled 5. When there should have been two parts labeled 5 and two parts labeled 6. The run around to get missing parts has begun. Walmart's only option is to return but bed is half assembled.

Super disappointed with this purchase. It came stained (used). I didn't notice until having already broke down and got rid of my other frame and halfway installing the new. I reached out to multiple agents and was told I'd be sent a new one or refunded. Neither option ended up occurring, they wanted me to break down the bed and send it back to them. What a huge inconvenience. Used product and inconsistencies across customer service was not worth it at all, will now only be purchasing strictly through Amazon.

i never received this item. and I am still waiting on my refund, I am very disappointed in Walmart. it's been a couple of items that I haven't received.
