Nap Queen Victoria 10 Inch Gel-Infused Hybrid Queen Mattress

I've been using this mattress for about a 2 weeks now, and the difference in my sleep quality is night and day. It strikes the perfect balance between 'cloud-like' comfort and actual spinal support. I no longer wake up with that nagging lower back pain I had with my old spring mattress.

this mattress is perfect it's firm, and it has no memory. meaning, that there are no permanent intentions developing from where I lay. I've yet to have to flip it or turn it. does not require a box spring. I would definitely recommend this mattress at the price I paid. is well worth it

Don’t let the size of the mattress fool you, this thing is compacted tight as can be for delivery. And it comes in a very small box for what it looks like it should be. Be mindful, that the full size up to the larger sizes will be extremely heavy. And will need hand cart/ dolly assistance if it’s just you. Be careful using box cutters as opening this thing without one is almost impossible as the glue is like concrete. Once you get the mattress out, it will be tightly wrapped like a burrito, in high tinsel strength saran wrap. Don’t fear opening this up because it will not explode into shape upon unwrap. Once you get the Saran Wrap layer off, you can unroll it with the white side up and cut a corner of the wrapper and it’ll slowly inflate as it were. Cut the vacuum package material at the headboard of the mattress enough to where one can hold the head of the mattress and the other will pull it from the footboard. This method will assure you don’t cut any of the mattress material when getting the vacuum bag off. Easy. High advisory to get a moisture barrier fitted sheet for these. These are not memory foam, these are spring.

My daughter is a volleyball player and a lot of times she goes to bed, stiff and sore and this has really helped her to get a good nights rest! The price was very reasonable, and being that it comes vacuum packed. It was easy to bring upstairs. Once I placed the mattress on her bed and opened the packaging it popped open and was in perfect placement without a bunch of pushing and pulling!

The king mattress is very heavy, for one person to carry while in the box. It started to expand as soon as it was in wrapped. It feels very comfortable. Will not sleep on for it for 48 hour to make sure it is fully expanded. So far it looks great. Would definitely purchase again very happy with price and quality.

WRONG product was sent to us, not the one ordered!! We DO NOT WANT THIS Product!! We initiated return, NO REFUND has been provided yet. 5 RESCHEDULED and NO SHOW attempts for picking up the Matress so far after it was “SCHEDULED”. Every time guarantee is provided that it will be picked up, no one shows up.. NO resolution or refund offered after SEVERAL customer service contact attempts that wasted hours of our time. Several days have passed with this huge wrong product taking up a lot of space in our place!!! Worst Customer Service experience and worst seller!!!!!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU TRIED IT SOMEWHERE FIRST!! Not only did this destroy my back to the point I couldn't stand up in the morning BUT within the week of being set up-the corners ALL were rounded and buckling in. WORST PART IS THE RETURN PROCESS!! 3 WEEKS AND 4 NO SHOWS TO PICK UP-ITS STILL SITTING ON MY PORCH WITH ZERO REFUND, ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT HELP AND ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY!! NEVER AGAIN!! The price is NOT worth the headache!!

This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The mattress never expanded to its original shape, even after 10 full days. The sides are still loose, and there are deep creases on the top, clearly visible in the photos. The instructions stated to leave the mattress for 72 hours after opening—I left it for 96 hours, yet only the top half expanded. The bottom half and lower sides never regained their shape at all. What makes this even worse is the amount of hassle involved. The first mattress I received was the wrong size—a Twin XL instead of the Full size I ordered. I had to return it and place a new order. Unfortunately, the Full-size mattress I received afterward appears to be damaged or defective. I have purchased vacuum-sealed mattresses in the past and have never experienced anything like this. Overall, this experience has been exhausting and upsetting. Between receiving the wrong size initially and then a mattress that does not properly expand, I am extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this product at all.

It literally never fully expanded besides in the middle the top and bottom are leaning . I’m so upset with this purchase it was a complete waste of money I have to put a bunch of pillows under to lift both ends and then it slides from having pillows under it. Never again

We purchased this mattress for our son for his dorm room. This mattress sags in the middle when you lye down on it. In addition, it is too soft. We unrolled it and left it for 5 days alone before our son slept in it. He stated that it is very uncomfortable. He has not been able to get a good night sleep. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone.
