Arrived ahead of schedule everything was in the box. There are only two wheels that lock. It was not a problem for me because it is against the wall. Great product overall would stay within weight limits.

Nice shelves that can be rolled aside to get to other storage. I wouldn’t put too many heavy items on it, but it works fine for me. Easy to put together. I’m an older person and did it by myself in about 30 mins. Would purchase again if needed.

great quality very sturdy and the best price ever! I bought two and one of the shelves off of each I put in the middle so it made it into three! these are totally worth it!!

Not built as sturdily as others I have purchased elsewhere as evidenced by bar spacing, orientation and lack of a center girder brace. (See pics) Sorry they loaded sideways. The product will still work fine. Just expected better quality for the price.

somehow this jnit has one half of one leg that cannot be screwed together because it has been bent where connector is. i have pictures and i want a refund because i am gonna have to pay some lical machinist to fix that dent in order to use this shelf, or send me a whole new leg portion.

Item isn't packaged nicely. Came from a state away and was badly dented. I had to reshape it best I could. It will work for what I need it for, but it ain't pretty.

Arrived damaged. One of the shelves was crooked. It seemed like someone had returned the same shelf previously. The company needs to do some quality control of their products and not try to push returned items on other customers.

It came in with a hole in the box. Then I tried to put it together and the stability of this shelf depends on small plastic attachments fitting perfectly. None of them do so it holds no weight

I ordered two of these units, one for my mom and one for myself. We got the more expensive heavy duty units. One of them arrived with a shelf that was bent and leaning and the other had a pole that was defective and wouldn't screw on tight. When I contacted about getting replacement parts sent to me they wanted me to ship the entire unit back. It's extremely heavy and huge. It's a complete hassle if anything shows up defective - not worth it.
