I found the assembly process quite enjoyable. Everything was very compact in the box for the size of the finished product. My cat loves it despite being over 10 and less active than he used to be. At first, he ignored it, and I thought it had been a waste of time and money, but after a couple of weeks, I noticed he was climbing it and batting at the attached toys. Asthetically, it goes well with my living space.

Tall like I expected. I have 2 orange boys. You’ll see below in the pics they are literally posing on it lol. Great price, great product, %26 as long as the kitties love it I love it. 10/10 would purchase again, purchase for your fur baby, 10/10 would recommend!!

Yes ordering online and having it shipped to you is the way to go. You get a better price than what the store has in stock. My kitty hasn’t got on it get, but that will take time. It took her almost 3 weeks to feel comfortable to use the tunnel I recently bought for her.

Important: CUT OFF THE DANGLE TOYS!!! I've had this tree for a few months now, and overall for the value its not terrible. Got it for 13 bucks with all my discounts. However there are some flaws. I got it for my big cats, but the platforms are on the smaller size and make it awkward for them to try to reach the upper levels, so they mainly just use it to sleep in the cubbys. It is perfectly sized for my mom's kitten and he loves it, HOWEVER I woke up to him screaming and discovered he got his paw tangled up on one of the dangle toys and it was cutting off his circulation. If I hadn't been in the room goodness knows how hurt he could have gotten. PLEASE remove them, its not worth the risk. Other than that, assembly wise it was kind of awkward to put together. Some of the holes don't line up well. it is sturdy enough as long as you have it sitting against a wall.

This cat tower would be OK for smaller cats, but my cats were a little too big for it and had trouble getting from one shelf to another because there’s not enough room for them to get the right angle to be able to jump the one platform we ended up removing the support and just screwing the platform straight to the base so that they could have room to jump up to the next level. I am returning this cause it’s just too small for my cats.

The flash sale price was amazing, the size after putting together was not what I was expecting. The platforms are very small and they have a lot of movement when my cat is on top of them. I shouldn’t complain since it was on sale. I’m thankful I didn’t pay full price.

The worst. Do not buy. It’s not well situated for cats. No real place for them to jump. The rope for claws is in the back and too low for cats to use. It’s plush not rug so nothing for them to hold onto. It’s horrible. I wish we could undo and send back. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY!! It’s on sale for a reason!

This thing is so flimsy! The top tier is wobbly—no way to tighten any further. They have scratched a hole in the side of it, and who knows how the cats managed to mangle the scratching post, but they are kittens. I would not recommend this to my worse enemy. It was a waste of money.

This is so much smaller than they show in the pictures. It appears to be for a small kitten and not a full grown cat. It is not sturdy it wobbles so much when my cat climbs on it and everything’s tightened down. I really do not recommend this and wish I had a way to return it.

Item arrived with missing hardware. The hardware package had clearly been sliced open before packaging, with several critical pieces removed. Not worth a full refund. No other way to report this. I'll have to source the specialty bolts at my expense. Not okay.
