Walmart did an amazing job on their end great product, they sent the pool out also on time. now FedEx on the other hand had the pool on the truck the day it was supposed to be delivered then I got a message saying it would be the next day and there was no attempt of delivery and then finally the next day the pool had arrived. they were supposed to put the pool out back at my back door and they did not. they put it out front and did not even put it on my porch. they had left the pool outside in the pouring rain on my front yard sidewalk. 😢

So I haven't actually set this up yet plan on setting it up next week. However, I had this very similar model back in early 2020 and I loved it. It lasted me for a whole summers before the pump went and I decided to buy a smaller pool the following year, these pools, the pumps they come with them aren't the greatest. They will last you a while, but be prepared to upgrade if you really wanna get the best value out of your pool as far as the pools construction seems top notch shipping was a breeze arrived two days after I ordered it arrive so I haven't actually set this up yet plan on setting it up next week. Like everything but the ladder the steps are so skinny it is difficult to get in and out of.they need to be wider for your feet to step on also the width of the ladder needs to be more wide to make easier to walk up and over into pool without having to turn sideways to get in.

Easy to install. My husband did it by himself no problem. We have owned several.of these pools. We usually get the summer waves but decided to get this pool bc its 6 in deeper. So far it's held up to 3 teenagers and there friends. It's only been up for a month though. My husband says the pump is great but the frame does seem less sturdier. We shall see how it does.

my kids have really enjoyed this pool! affordable but pretty good quality. it wasnt super hard to put together but definitely easier with 3 or 4 people. make sure you smooth out the wrinkles as it fills up. we had 2 hoses filling it %26 it took about 9 hours to fill. the pump definitely isnt powerful enough for the size of the pool but i think it helps a bit. we bought a robot that cleans the gunk off the bottom. oh yea! the cover is trash. it has one giant drawstring that doesnt even kind of work to sinch around the pool. we bought a set of big clips and put them around the cover. its not perfect but better than nothing.

This pool was a reasonable price and easy to put together. Gave 2 stars because the filter system is an absolute headache. The filter did not come with shut off valves. The black little plugs they send with the pool does not fit at alllll. No reasonable way to clean the filter. without the plugs or a shut off valve the water pressure will rush the water out making it difficult to even recap the pump system. And yess i learned this from experience dont be like me and remove the cap anyway hoping it will all work out.... It will not i had a yard fullllll of water. So if you purchase this pool you will eaither need to install a shut off valve at all ends or/and replace pump with a larger more sufficient filter system. Other Than that the pool seems like it will last a few season.

The pool would be great if it worked nproperly. My kids have only gotten to swim in it four times in 3 months because the filter is the wrong size. The filter it comes with is meant for pools up to 2000 gallons, this is 5000. I have spent hundreds in chemicals to try and fix dark green and black water that keeps coming back. i just had to empty every bit of water from it, scrub the entire thing, and fill it back up. The first agent I spoke to wanted me to empty the whole thing to take back to Walmart, the second agent pffered me 10% then disconnected before I could reply, the third agent was a supervisor named Mahummad... even though he could only offer me a little bit more, he explained and was very polite and professional. I am now contacting the protection plan number. i will update after.

We took the necessary steps to level the ground properly and placed a pad down for the pool to sit on. After filling the pool, and running the filter for 2 hrs, it stopped working. while the pool was running we discovered a continuously leak at the pool B connecting port to the filter. Then Walmart wanted me to box the pool back up for a refund! It leaked significantly enough I had to drain the pool before we could even get a chance to use it.

DO NOT BUY THIS POOL . Only had the pool 2, maybe 3 months, and the motor makes a sound like bearings are grinding. and now there is a small hole about 2 inches above the ground on the side of the pool . DONT BUY THIS POOL. WE ONLY USE THE POOL 3 TIMES. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. where we live it cost $150 just to fill it up with water. never buying anything again from this brand.

I was originally really excited to get this pool it was the one I originally wanted and then it was not available. To see it back in stock I was extremely happy got the pool got the pool put up it has a small slit in the side had never been in the pool yet water wasn't even completely filled and it was already leaking day two my pump has quit working. I cannot figure out how to get a hold of anyone to remedy these problems.
