I bought this for my husband because his other bench is old and not as functional, and this has been a great new addition to his home gym. It arrived much earlier than expected, which was nice. Assembly was easy, it only took him about 5 minutes to put it together. This adjustable workout bench is lightweight, yet very sturdy and well-built and says it can hold up to 500lb user weight. The padding is both comfortable and supportive. It offers several incline and decline settings, making it perfect for a variety of exercises. He enjoys using it with his dumbbells. Plus, it folds up easily and is compact for convenient storage. Overall, he is happy with his new bench and highly recommends it!

easy to build, a little wobbly but not enough to make me feel like it'll fall apart. sit-ups can be done without weighing bench down with another item. would recommend for any beginner gym

Good bench solid and comfortable. Easy to reposition for different angles during workouts. Holds up well over 400lbs when I'm training with my 100lbs dumbbells.

I do like the product, it's exactly what you pay for only downside I have is when I get a really good workout in on the decline it's hard to pull yourself up, kind of just lay there like an upside down turtle

It works! it's a slightly wobbly, even though our together correctly and tight as possible. it's not unsafe. it serves its purpose and does the trick.

A tad shaky but shouldn't break on you

It was a pain to put together because the pieces don't fit correctly, likely due to poor tolerances in manufacturing. Even once assembled with every bolt torqued down it rocks about in an unsettling way, feels extremely unstable. The worst thing is probably the angle adjustment mechanism that requires you to unscrew and re screw in a large bolt whenever you need to adjust. It takes way too long and it's a huge pain to do while working out.

cheaply made, did not sit flat, and was not stable at all!
