I had been eyeing this trash can for awhile then finally broke down and purchased it. It is more expensive than other trash cans I have purchaed but I loved the stainless steel and the curve of the design. I am over all very pleased. The lid sometimes doesn't go down all the way but I do not feel it compromises the function. For me, it was worth the money.

The StepOn that opens the Garbage Can Well sometimes it Will Not Work you have to Get On a Certain Area when you step on it sometimes it Takes Two or Three Times Stepping While Holding the Garbage In Your Hands Waiting tying too find the Right Place. however it closes Nicely, Nice and Slow so Not To Slam your hand, but somebody needs to fix the Paddle Step that opens it.

This is the second time I have ordered a stainless steel trash can from Walmart and both times the trash cans had DENTS in them when delivered. I am very DISAPPOINTED and once again need a REFUND/RETURN for a product that was NOT PACKAGED CORRECTLY FOR DELIVERY! DENT IS SHOWN IN DELIVERY MAN'S EMAIL AT 6:12 PM today!

Only good thing is that it looks good. The step has to pretty much be stomped on to open the lid. Then getting the trash out was so hard, the bag ripped in multiple places.

The reason for my low rating is that the garbage can arrived damaged. It was not in a box or any type of coverage. Being shipped like that most likely caused the damage to occur or it was already damaged. Either way it has two dents, and multiple scratches on it that are quite visible. See pictures below.

This trashcan looks ideal and is a perfect size as it is large and fits a kitchen size garbage bag nicely however that's where my good comments end. It is made with very cheap materials and does not sit steady on the floor - especially when using the step opener, it rocks, back-and-forth, and side to side. Everything is made with super thin plastic . within two days, the back hinge was broken because as I mentioned, it's made out of cheap materials, so I am returning it for a full refund. Too bad things are made so poorly these days! I would think for $70 I would get a lot better product

Do not purchase online and use pick up. I was given a dented trash can full of clothes someone hid inside, the shopper never bothered to look inside of it

I purchased this trash can online and had it delivered to my home. I opened the wrapping and the can's lid was dented. Could have been that way at the shipping center or was damaged om shipping or transit. Not a good way to start the day.

This worked well for 5 months. But now the mechanism to open it detached. I looked to see if I can fix it. Metal rod; plastic attachment. It was not designed to last longer than 5 months. Not returnable. It's been longer than 90 days. And Walmart policy doesn't even allow returns of appliances after 2 days. So even larger purchases have no guarantees. And who thinks they will need to protect a garbage can? I won't be ordering one of these again. Looks lovely for 5 months. But now it is something I need to figure out how to reuse since I feel terrible about sending it to a landfill after such a short life. What's odd is that this mechanism was protected under a flap. So it really was normal wear and tear that broke it. So it is honestly a 5 month garbage can.
