These lights are nice, I gave them to my daughter, she put them on top of her bed headboard. They look good, and the color changes are awesome. I recommend this item, especially for kids. They can be used to light a staircase, hallway or even a bathroom.

Firstly, I want to say that I received these tape lights for an honest review. So here it is. I had never really heard of tape lights before. Maybe I have seen them in windows or doors but never knew they may have been tape lights. Anyway, I got these yesterday, and read the directions and set the battery for the remote. I clicked the remote, and the display kicked in. It was really amazing. There are buttons on the remote for countless combinations of colors and flashing patterns. Was really surprised at the show the lights were putting on. I included a picture I took while the lights were flashing, but wasn't able to get the video small enough to upload. However, you can get an idea of what I mean. I am anxious to put them in my window. The light set has the tape installed on the underside of the lights, so all I have to do is peel and stick where I want to place them. The remote makes it very easy to change the colors/pattern without having to get up. Very convenient. Thanks!

I really like this light strip; it has many color choices and effects like blinking, color changing, etc. The little remote works well for how small it is. It dims too in case you don't want the lights really bright. There is tape on the back for attaching anywhere you want and it plugs in so you don't need to charge it or get batteries for it. The size of the tape is adjustable as you just cut it at the designated places to shorten it. Once shortened you cannot add it back. This is a fun item especially for my grandchildren and I will be buying another. Good product!

These are awesome individually addressable LED strip lights. Very impressed with them so far. Something to note is that they are 24 volt. For those of you that get into that kind of thing that kind of matters It's a higher voltage for LED lights. All of my other strips are 12 volt so I cannot connect these with them but these still have their place by themselves or with other 24 volt lights. With the higher voltage comes a brighter light so that is good. I have only used the controller that comes with it and it works very well and has a lot of different effects you can use. If it was 12 volt I could use many other controllers that I own. Pretty satisfied with this strip light though if you're looking for something bright this is the way to go.

I decided to add the lights to my home office. With all of the changes going on, I spend a ton of time in my office. I noticed I was dreading spending 10-11 hours a day in just one room. As simple as it is, adding these lights have me a different vibe in the office and have had a beautiful effect. The have some amazing color and are high quality. I have since ordered 3 more sets for other places in the house!

Overall, these lights are nice! They are long and come with all the different components you need to make them work right away (such as connector, plug, led lights with sticky strip on back for mounting, and remote). There are also different color options to choose from too, so you can create different moods/environments with it. You can also have modes that it transitions between colors and kind of has a “rainbow” / alternating color effect which is super cool. I like to have the lights behind the TV I game on, so it flashes the color against the wall behind it—so it looks like it is radiating out from the TV. Great for having just a little bit of light when you want the room otherwise dark for movie watching or gaming. I did find the instructions not super clear and it took me a bit to figure out (in particular, the remote had initial difficulties working but I was able to figure it out after I asked for someone's help whose used similar products before). The lights are super long and the instructions say you can cut them (and how to do so) but it does seem a little bit of a waste to cut a large chunk off—but still good to know if you want the “perfect fit”. Overall, I am Pleased with this!

Picture on box shows what appears to be the lights on the perimeter of a deck. HOWERVER the instructions clearly state that the 16 Foot Multicolor Chasing Light Tape Kit CANNOT be used outdoors. Also, the instructions say NOT to bend the Light Tape 90degrees so you cannot use it to go around the edge of a cabinet.

There was very limited information on how to operate the remote. Kept changing to blue when wanting white. Do not stick very good to cabinet. This was the second set. The first would even light up out of the box. And it also had very limited information on how to operate the remote.

Broke in a few days. The part that connects from the lights end to the power cord is not a tight fit and easily disconnects. I bought these in November for my sons Xmas gift. We plugged them in when we first bought them to make sure they worked and they did. Both boxes broke the day after Christmas. My son is sad about it. I paid $25 each box for crappy lights. Amazon has more footage for less and I went ahead and purchased. I am way happier with the Amazon purchase.

The adhesive on the back absolutely suck. I bought them to go around my room and expected the adhesive to be good enough to stay up and it fell after maybe a minute of being up. I don't know what to keep them up with. This is not the first time I've tried these either. I put them up in my siblings room as well and had the same issue but was hoping maybe it was just the paint that was on their wall but apparently it just isn't good adhesive
