I'm shocked this bookshelf is the price it is. This is easily the best bookshelf one could buy at this price or even double, triple the price. Other places have similar shelves for $300. This is a complete steal. It feels like solid wood; there were some scratches but are nothing major and can be colored in. Feels and looks nice.

This was much sturdier than most other store bought bookshelves. Pictured instructions were slightly confusing in parts but I bought 2. By the 2'd shelf if made more sense and I was able to change the order of the steps to make it easier once I knew what I was doing. Nice and heavy.

The assembly was much easier than anticipated. I'm pleased with the sturyness and safety wall strap. However the plastic bags containing the small labelled parts ripped. Thankfully I was lucky to have all necessary parts with only a couple from S91 (pan head screws) missing however someone else may not be as lucky. Overall a good value. It was completed in less than an hour.

Great bookcase for the money! Assembly was easy to follow and fittings were tight and firm. Texture, finish %26 Color (mine was Cherry) were all done well like a much more expensive bookcase Only slight item to keep in mind is the 2 backing board come folded, so when opened for placement start on one side with nails/1 screw at top to ensure seams can be push and closed tight along the vertical joints to make it look like one seemless backboard.

I have now purchased 4 of these shelves to hold by book collection. They all have arrived without incident. The instructions were easy to follow and the shelves look beautiful. They are spacious and hold a lot of books and a few odds and ends to show off some of the books. They are sturdy and look good in any room. Would I buy them again, I already answered that when I said I have 4 of them. Order 2 the first time and loved the look so much I bought 2 more. Well worth the price.

This a very sturdy bookcase however, my brother did secure the backing with a piece of wood. Very sturdy although I don't think it is wood it probably wood and particle pieces I didnt read it to know for sure: you won't be disappointed. Another perk it was on sale.

Item is sturdy and works for my home library. I am not fond of the decorative trim but it isn't a deal breaker. Not difficult to assemble. I have another bookcase that is the same as the one I ordered and it is holding up well.

I love the color. It was advertised as white, but it's more of a whitewashed - which is perfect for where I'm putting them. I bought three of them. The first one took me 2 hours with someone helping me. The second one was two and a half hours doing it by myself. And I'll get to the third one another day. The worst part for me were the little L brackets that went into the groove slot. It was almost impossible to get those little tiny screws to grab hold of anything. But now that they are up I am so glad I purchased them.

I bought this to go next to my new tv stand, which is also a BH%26G product in the color light honey. I was able to assemble this in about half an hour and it was fairly easy. Its nice and sturdy. My only complaint is once I got it assembled and put next to the tv stand, it was very clear they are not the same color. The book case is much darker. Im just going to have to live with it, but Im not thrilled that though theyre labeled the same color, they clearly arent.

Easily built by myself (36f) in a little over an hour. Seems very sturdy and looks great. The only 2 complaints I have are that the anchor strap snapped immediately (plastic) and that the front trim boards that your screw on in one of the last few steps do not line up flush with the piece.. hars to explain but I'll attach a pic. I bought it based off of the reviews and the price and overall am very satisfied!
