Better Homes & Gardens Alden Wall Mount TP Holder in Matte Black

I honestly was not completely sure I would like the Better Homes & Gardens Alden Euro-Style Wall Mount TP Holder or that it would work with grandkids in and out of the house, cats, etc since the toilet paper just slips on but it looks great, the color matches my bathroom beautifully, and the fact that it is different from your normal toilet paper holder makes it all that much better. It looks great in my bathroom and the toilet paper stays on the holder as it should. I am highly impressed with this item.

Love the look and simplicity of this toilet paper holder. It was easy to install, aside from finding an allen wrench small enough for the tiny bolt at the bottom (wish they would have included this). It is a very solid feeling holder and I assume it will last many years. It has a tiny nub that helps hold the toilet paper on. I will say there is only one way to install this, with it facing to the right. It worked in our space but may not work for everyone. I love the solid black color, it matches our vanity and looks great in the room. Simple and beautiful style that fits many decors.

I am in the process of updating my bathroom and this Better Homes & Gardens Alden Euro-Style Wall Mount toilet paper Holder in Matte Black is the perfect fit for my rustic look I want my bathroom to have. Is was super easy to install and I is well made.

I needed a toilet paper holder for my master bathroom. My décor is gray with black fixtures. It was kinda hard to locate one in the color I needed to match my other accessories. I just love this one. I got the Alden Matte black finish toilet paper holder and it matches my towel bar, sinks, and bath tub. The finish resists corrosion and that is very important when an item is used in a warm humid environment. It also wont tarnish or discolor which is a big plus for my family. It has a single arm design that allows for trouble free toilet paper roll replacement. I can also use any size roll without worrying about it fitting on the holder. I am going to look at the other Alden bathroom accessories to compliment this one since it is made to last. Nobody wants to have to replace household items and I am very happy this toilet paper holder. It is very easy to clean as well. Just wipe clean with a damp cloth and it looks just like new. It measures 5.98 inches wide x 3.2 inches deep, and 1.89 inches high. I plan to replace the toilet paper holder in my guest bathroom as well. It also has a lifetime limited warranty, that I dont expect to have to inquire about because this toilet paper holder is built to last.

I got the Better Homes and Gardens Alden Euro style Wall Mounted toilet paper holder in the matte black color. I will say this is a matte black and not shiny black. This toilet paper holder attaches with two screws into a face plate and then the holder goes onto it. It also says to use an electric drill to install this and I guess it makes it easier to put on. It is just a stick where the toilet paper slides on and off of it. So that part is easy install for anyone. All around I like the design where it is a bit modern with the black and matte. The large toilet paper rolls do fit on this but it is a tighter squeeze. Make sure there is no other items blocking when you install it to make the TP easy to get on. I didn’t see it mattered either way whether you installed it to the left or right, I think that is personal choice, but just take into consideration getting the roll on there when deciding.

This toilet paper holder came in a nice box and included the holder itself, mounting hardware needed for installation, and an instruction. I used my own screwdriver to install the holder. The installation was easy, and it didn't take a lot of time. The holder looks very nice and stylish in my bathroom. It has matte black finish and matches my bathroom design well. I would recommend this product for others.

I really love this toilet paper holder! It is very stylish and those extra large rolls of toilet paper fit nicely and roll properly while on the holder. It was very easy to install. It took me less than five minutes to install. I installed my toilet paper holder on the side of the cabinet instead of the wall. I, personally, have never had much success when it comes to using those anchors. So whenever I install something with anchors, I always try to locate a stud or make sure it is attached to a wood cabinet, just so I don't have to use those anchors. I find it more secure and sturdy verses using anchors. Once I decided where I wanted to install the holder, I used the plate to mark the two holes for the screws. I predrilled the holes, added the plate and screwed in the screws. Next, I attached the holder. There is a tiny screw that secures the holder to the plate and you use the Allen wrench, that is included with the toilet paper holder, to tighten the screw to the plate. Then, just add toilet paper! Done! This holder is ideal for folks with arthritis. The paper roll just slides on and off when it is time to change out the roll. There is a little nub that keeps the paper from rolling off the holder

Simple to install. Just use a Phillips head screwdriver to attach the mount to the wall. The using the allen wrench (included), place the hanger over the mount and tighten it down to fit. Thats it, its ready to use. Its tough, made of thick metal and easy to clean. I like how the little nodule is made into the end of it to hold the tissue roll onto the hanger. So easy to change out the rolls. I got mine in a black finish which is really nice. It will match any decor.

This holder wouldn't hold the paper on tight enough for our family. It kept slipping off. The button on the end needs to be bigger I guess. I have five kids and every time I went in the bathroom the TP was off. When I asked why everyone of them said it fell off.

If you don't have kids this would be fine. As the toilet paper spun it went off the roll. I had toilet paper from the bathroom down the hallway. The end piece failed to keep the toilet paper on the roll. when I rolled it off the toilet paper came off as well. The finish is dull and has no appeal, but it was cute. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, unless you want to chase the roll.
