I had my first plug in and it only worked for the first scent bottle. Tried on 2nd one and it wouldn't heat up which is why I ordered the 2nd one. So first one lasted only a couple weeks. Hoping this one lasts longer!

The outlet turns
I live that this can turn for some outlets that are horizontal and so I bought for every room with those outlets. Love the design as well.

Multiple Shortcomings
Three main issues with this product - I would have expected better packaging from WalMart and a better thought-out product from Better Homes %26 Gardens: 1) item was thrown in the box with no wrapping and arrived broken 2) You cannot turn the light off and there is no way to remove the bulb 3) You cannot adjust the scent output. My office is probably 150 sqft with 15ft ceilings and the scent is overwhelming. There is no way to adjust it.

Absolute trash. Basically fell apart before it was even used — pure junk. And it got too hot and started smoking in the wall. An absolute fire hazard plus the oil refills from other place (B%26Body works) don't fit into this diffuser. Junk.
