Better Homes & Gardens Greyson 6-Drawer Double Dresser, Acorn Finish

These boxes are HEAVY. Honestly better quality than expected, but it isn't going to be high end furniture for the price. You do have to be careful not to scratch edges while assembling, but I'm not worried about wearing now that it is put together. The main, weight bearing pieces are very solid.

This dresser is sturdy and solid.Putting it together was ok until it came to installing the drawers. It is a two person job,but with a little patience it's doable. I like the modern vibe. I'm very much satisfied with the overall look.. Love the walnut color.All the parts were well labeled.Will definitely consider buying it again.

The dress is nice and does what it needs to do. Assembly was tricky but manageable. I assembled mine by myself, but another person would have saved me time and effort. As other customers have mentioned, this sucker is HEAVY. Comes in two very heavy boxes. The only think I dislike about the piece is the quality of the veneer. It is very thin and will show marks easy. Overall it looks nice for the price, but be careful putting it together as to not damage the veneer.

We purchased this for our children who needed more space for clothes. It took about 1.5 to put together with us watching the game. It is heavier than I expected and very spacious. It looks great in our space and the kid loves it. The legs are a little odd to line up and some of the screws didn't screw in on the handle. We didn't car bc it was only one spot that wasn't obvious. You can refill a hole. Back to the legs. If they aren't lined up the legs precisely The finishing piece(j) will not fit so do your best to line up your pieces. There are holes but they didn't always line up. Or you can cut it to make it fit. That just seemed like too much effort for us. Lastly, the drawers are not broken. Pull out the right side slide first and line up the bracket then line up the lift side. Once they are lined up, push until it clicks. If they aren't lined up and the right side isn't pulled out, it won't work. If you can deal with the nuances it is worth the finished product. Happy building.

The pieces came well boxed. Directions weren't terrible but not the best. Had to drill some extra holes to attach the drawer handles. The holes pre drilled were too big and the screw wouldn't catch the wood. The material is a cheaper mdf. The overall appearance is just like the photo.

Once assembled, this is a pretty solid piece of furniture. The drawers were a nightmare to put into the base. Once we figured out our though, all was well. Also, many little nicks from being jostled about. Still, the overall look is nice and would still recommend.

READ MY WHOLE REVIEW! - BEAUTIFUL when done! Very heavy, but sturdy. Finish is a thin paper printed veneer. Not durable at all. The only wood are the legs. This is not a genuine Better Homes and Garden product. It is made by Sauder which in my experience is not great quality. Had I realized this BEFORE 6 massive boxes were delivered (I ordered both style dressers and the bed) I would NOT HAVE PURCHASED these items. I have them now they are pretty a bit of a bear to assemble accept the bed. The drawers are a pain in the booty to get in. The bed was easy peasy and I do recommend that item from this collection. I plan on keeping this set until it wears out. I will say save your $ and invest in something better quality. If you need something quick and budget friendly this collection is for you!

Assembly wasn't too bad with two people. Just feels like a cheap dresser to me, probably wouldn't have bought it if I knew what it would look/feel like. Nor would I recommend it. But it does the job. The drawers are short and you can't fit as much as I'm used to. Would be great for kids clothes

The holes did not line up, after struggling we hired a handyman and had to pay $*********, he struggled and he does furniture assembly almost every weekend. He was unable to complete it because they sent 4 right hand drawers and 2 left. There was no way to make it work. Called to get the correct part and now when it comes it will be another $50.00 to have him come back to finish. We were denied any compensation which angers me! Not only do we give up time on our weekend to have it finished but at added cost. The $********* dresser will cost $********* to put together. Will never order anything like this again!

Garbage. It's beautiful, but garbage. Don't listen to any of the other reviews that got it "as a promotion". Put it together last night, which honestly wasn't bad, but today the drawers are all sticking shut and breaking off, which leaves my clothes stuck inside. Definitely do not recommend.
