stool becomes loose from base with frequent use
after using frequently for 3 months, they need frequent tightening as the seat wobbles after regular use. fabric is boucle, not soft. chairs are comfortable and look good.

Unusable chair as it can't be assembled. Replacement system is proving to be extreamly difficult and frustrating.
