I love the quietness of the lid when it closes. My old one used to slam shut instead of closing gently. I'm not crazy about the fact that it looks like a brown/bronze color. I ordered black and the look doesn't seem to be black to me. Overall, I do love my trashcan.

The item is perfect for small space in the kitchen. It fits perfectly on the side of my island %26 the end of counter. You step on the pedal and step off, the lid close softly without touching. No fingerprints on the trash can itself. The pedal could have been black instead of metal steel. Overall, the product is aesthetically pleasing.

Slow close lid! The inner core has handles for easier dumping. The bag grab at the back is an especially appreciated feature! The 13gal bags work best.

Very attractive. I didn't realize how much I would love the fact that the “back” of the can is flat so it is easy to flatten cereal boxes, pizza boxes, etc. and slide into the trash bag without tearing a hole in it. The lid is strong and opens gently and smoothly without flinging up or down. I would definitely buy this again.

This item arrived with no box and damaged. There are scratch marks on top of the lid along with a dent in the can itself. Also, trash was left inside the can. After reading similar reviews I would not recommend. I would do a return but FedEx drop-off spot and return to store are not convenient so will suck it up this time.

I was excited to use this garbage bin, but unfortunately, I couldn't open the lid when it arrived. Despite trying everything, I had no luck. I requested a replacement, and after a week, I received a new one. However, I was disappointed to find that the bottom pedal was broken, and the side of the trash can was bent. To make matters worse, the lid still wouldn't open. I ended up taking both boxes to the Germantown Walmart and getting a refund. The whole experience was a waste of time.

Item arrived damaged. The trash can was not packaged in a box or properly wrapped to avoid damage %26 scratches. The lid was scratched with a small dent. The lid also did not properly align on top of the inner basket causing the lid to sit uneven. The side of the can also had scratches from rubbing against something. I started a return request but became frustrated at the process to return the item. The easiest way to get a refund was to return the item to a store, which I was not going to make a special trip, and not knowing when I might shop at the store, I decided to take the can with me when I took my trash to the dump. The approximately $60 I spent for the can will be marked up as a lesson learned where to order delivery from, item ordered and return policy. Frustrated!

Do not purchase this trash can online. Item arrived completely damaged. Scratches, dents, broken in multiple places. Then Walmart will ask you to take it to a local FedEx to return which I don't have. I can't believe a worker at the store look at this item and shipped it out to me in this condition.

Horrible experience. Went to my local Walmart,saw that can but it was broken and would not open. Decided to order online to receive a working one. Instead they brought the same broken one,I've sent it back and requested a replacement. They brought the same broken one again as a replacement.
