I wanted a trash can with a step lid to use while a toddler is still learning not to reach into trash cans. this one is as big as my plane plastic one that has worked just fine for 10 years. if you want the lid to stay open the instructions are on the inside of the lid it was shipped perfectly. no dents. beautiful! its only been a month and the lid till works, no one has broken it. :)

It's a trash can. I bought one two years ago and had no issues. I just bought this one to use as a recycling bin. I'm happy Walmart still had the same one. Now I have matching cans in the kitchen. It works for recycling because you can pull out the inner plastic bin part and walk to dump it in the big can. Easy to wipe down and put back.

I honestly really like this trashcan it does smudge Fingerprints a little bit though. Really like this trashcan it does smudge Fingerprints a little bit. The Tidiness it does cleanses the appearance of the house! The peddle is easy to use, but the lid sometimes does get stuck when trying to open. Over all I'm very happy!!

I absolutely love this garbage can! I was staying at an Airbnb and the owner bought this for the kitchen and brought it to replace a broken garbage can, and I planned on getting it for my laundry room ever since. It is now in my laundry room and my husband wants to put it in our kitchen to replace our recycle bin. I guess I will end up buying another one. 😊

both remote and push button controls, our cumbersome. that's because the buttons only have the appearance of being feather touch but you have to press them hard. same thing with the remote plus something else that makes the remote even more difficult to use is that for each degree you go up you got to press the button once! might as well get up and go over and turn the temperature up on the unit at that point. standard heat output, which is next to nothing by law passed during Obama administration. laughable part is that a big sticker on the grill warns about hyperthermia! So how is a so-called "heater" that by law barely puts out any heat at all going to cause hypothermia, pray tell?

Too light and flimsy to operate correctly. At the price point did not expect much but could have added some heavy plastic under the lid or weight it a little more for stability, Cannot really mash the sticky pedal to open when empty and have to touch the lid. Easiiy rocks back and forth.

I like the idea of it but the execution left much to be desired. I need a can that will hide the plastic liner from my cat. Thought this would work but the stainless outer was dented when it arrived, which means it would just continue to get more dented over time.

The trash can came with scuffs and dents already on it. When I went to open it with the foot pedal it did not budge. I went to open the lid with my hand and it still would not budge unless I maneuvered the lid around the top of the trash can in a particular way. Once it was open, the inner can had a chunk taken out of it (probably from someone previously growing frustrated with it not opening. I then tried to close the lid and the "slow close" means it closes until it is open by about 2 inches still and then it just sits there. It only took me about 2 minutes to decide that I would be returning this immediately and looking elsewhere.

Left my stuff in the hallway have the stuff was gone. They're not supposed to leave anything on the floor in the lobby. My water bottles was busted all open. If you cannot bring my food to my door and knock on it to give it to me then I will have to stop doing this. I can't afford for someone to take my stuff because people you hire. Don't wanna come upstairs on the elevator, I am very upset $66 garbage can. gone I didn't get half the stuff Iordered someone need to call me cause I need to be reimbursed and you make sure the next time you don't have them to drop off in our lobby so it's 1000 people in this building free food that's what they say at free food

Item arrived damaged from Walmart pickup. The lid was very obviously out of line and will not shut. Shame to the worker who picked the order and ignored the very obvious damage to the trash can. This purchase has made me refrain from shopping at Walmart due to the employee negligence and dissatisfaction with the product.
