I read some of the reviews for this item and thought it might work for our needs, especially the storage capacity. It came completely assembled and was one of the best packaged items I have ever received. Not only was it completely covered in bubble wrap, but after that was removed, it was completely encased and sealed in plastic. The delivery was exceptional and the item is beautiful. It looks far more expensive than it is. I just wish it was a little taller and had legs, but it's still gorgeous. Now I want the green for another room!

This item is exactly how you see it in the picture. I don't think the picture does it any justice as it looks better in person. I did not expect for it to be this huge and the depths of it is good. No assembly required. So easy to pull out of box and place. It holds a lot . The bench is perfect for shoes, blankets, or anything you want out of sight. One can sit in it as well.

I saw this product on the Today show during a segment about decorating or something. I ordered it hoping it was as nice as it appeared on tv. It is! I'm so happy with it. Currently using under a window as a pretty room detail plus toy storage.

As pictured! Nothing to assemble. It was very sturdy as I was able to sit on it at 200 pounds. There was also enough storage space for my six year old son to use as a hiding spot.

The BH&G channel tufted bench is SO fun! It has beautiful fabric that is so soft and comfortable to sit on. I love that it's not just a pretty ottoman but also functional with lots of storage. This would be the perfect addition to any living room or bedroom space.

What a beautiful storage bench! The style is very unique and fancy! It's very elegant, the storage space is huge, as big as the bench and that gives you the extra flexibility and room that everyone needs. The fabric is so smooth and beautiful. The cushion is so comfy that you want to sit here for a long time. I love it

This product is extremely cute and fun, but not as practical. I love the color, texture, and look! It is not very comfortable to sit on, and the uneven surface makes it hard to put your feet on. I do like the length and width of this though. I like that it is sturdy and easy to store things in!

I really wanted to love this bench because the look and overall design are exactly what I was hoping for. It fits perfectly in our space and feels sturdy at first glance. Unfortunately, we ran into a serious issue with the gas-filled hinge just 36 hours after receiving it. Not long after using it, the hinge failed, which means the lid no longer stays open. This isn't just an inconvenience—it's a safety concern. The lid unexpectedly dropped on my husband's hand while he was getting blankets out for bed, which could have resulted in a much more serious injury. If the company is willing to provide or cover the cost of a replacement gas-filled hinge so we can repair it, I would absolutely be open to updating this review. From what I've seen, the hinge itself isn't overly expensive, so this seems like a reasonable solution. However, without a fix, this becomes an expensive piece of furniture that's frustrating to use and potentially dangerous. Right now, it's more of a hazard than a helpful storage bench, and I worry about it causing another injury. I truly hope the company stands behind their product and helps resolve this issue.
