Better Homes & Gardens Modern Farmhouse 6-Drawer Dresser, 56.85 in Wide, Rustic White

This was not a perfect experience but sometimes the way a company handles a not perfect experience says more about them. The dresser arrived on time, as scheduled via FedEX. There was just one driver and this sucker is heavy. My husband went to assist but the driver abandoned the item once my husband went out. Bad on FedEx. While assembling the item, we found a broken piece. We were able to continue putting it together minus one drawer. I then sent an email informing Sauder that the part was broken. The replacement part arrived 3 days later! Excellent service. Overall this is a good value for this price point. The drawers are deep and hold quite a bit. My daughter already had the chest of drawers and consistently stuffs them over full and they have not broken. She has had it for a couple years.

I love everything about this dresser! It is perfect for my guest room and made it cozier. It gives guests a couple of empty drawers to use during their visit and gave me some extra storage I was needing. I’d order another one if I had a place for it! I assembled it myself within 3 hours - just followed the directions step by step and didn’t have any issues. Worth the time for the convenience of it delivered to my door and for the price.

It was a lot sturdier built than my last dresser which was also a Better Homes and Gardens product. That is the only brand I buy when it has to be put together. So far, I have always had all the parts and the holes match up to put together. I have had to take other brands back that cost more because the holes either weren’t drilled or were off. Love the color on this. Now I have to get a matching night stand.

The drawers aren't as even as I'd like so assembling it was challenging - it was not user error at the end. It's just the set up in general. You can't notice it until you're looking directly at it and it's in our bedroom. Solid wood though, still love the purchase.

I really love the look and design of this dresser but the drawers don't fit and slide out how they are supposed to. I managed to get most of the drawers aligned and pull out with ease except the top left. It seems to keep hitting the side and getting stuck. When pulling out the drawers, I feel like the handle is going to rip off. Otherwise, I use it for the basics.

The front of one drawer is damaged. I can't reach any kino get that kind of customer service that one part replaced. I don't want to put a whole dresser together again (Not a great experience), and there is no way I can get that heavy thing in any kind of a vehicle, so I'll have to keep it, damage and all. I don't recommend this item. I've had good luck with other smaller items of furniture, but this otherwise nice item was awful. It's too bad, because it looked nice.

If your staff is not up to deliver the way they were hired to do so, I suggest you don’t offer this service at all. They did not leave my package at my front door like I requested, even after verification that it will , they didn’t even try and left it at my garage on the driveway. AND MY DELIVERY WAS DELAYED, all that for this. It got soaking wet, it’s ruined, I deserve a full refund and free replacement for this horrible service.

Do not buy this! It came missing pieces that I had to request through a third party, then I’ve had the hardest time getting it assembled. I can’t get all six drawers in at the same time. One of the screws for the inside track is stripped so the drawer will physically not go in but this is not a piece I can request an additional part for. So frustrated.

DO NOT BUY. Half of the wood was missing and half of the screws were too. Don’t recommend…. %26 when I did end up going out and buying the right parts it fell completely apart

This is horrible!!! I can’t even get the drawers into the unit, I’ve spent hours trying. This is a huge waste of time and wish I never built it because I would just return it. I bought this to match the same dresser I bought years ago, but it didn’t have this locking system on the drawers before.
