Looks more expensive than it is. All pieces were included, instructions were clear, item is well packaged. Only negative is we found it a little clumsy to install because you have to work around the wicker shade. We've installed dozens of light fixtures and we still struggled a bit. Also be aware this is not a fixture for a room where you need bright light, the shade softens the light a lot.
