The product is good quality given its low price point. Screws are higher quality and product does its job for hanging a sweater. Note this product does NOT come with anchors. Easy installation and higher screw quality and it works. I would buy again at this price point.

For medical reasons I had to move out of the master bedroom with the tub/shower to the other end of the house where there was an "office" room but it's not my bedroom/livingroom/office. An extra bathroom with a shower is right outside my bedroom door. The hook was purchased to accomodate the shower stall so I have a place for towels....IT WORKS GREAT!! It's sturdy and looks very nice on the wall.

This is a quality hook that I am using to hang my robe in the bathroom. It looks more expensive than it was , and it's very sturdy. A good purchase !

I wish I would have received this item. Ordered it for delivery, then what I actually got was a pack of cabinet knobs (apparently the delivery person switched my package with someone else). Online customer service said they would initiate a refund but didn't. Then in store, customer service said they could refund the original purchaser of the cabinet knobs but not me and that I had to call an 800 number. Absolute nightmare to get a refund for something I never got. After that fiasco I purchased something in store to replace.
