I can usually count on Better Homes and Garden brand for quality, packaging, and ease of construction, if needed. It's my go to brand. This media console was shipped and received in perfect condition with no problems assembling (just my own aging body issues!). Very nice - would recommend.

It took 2 people to build the set. It's completely worth it! The set looks beautiful, and I've gotten so many compliments already! feels sturdy and built to last.

Pleasantly surprised! They were fairly easy to put together and are overall pretty comfortable! I got them on sale so that is always a bonus. I don't mind the color either, but it is definitely a little different. They seem like they are good quality.

It's a very solid patio set. I love the color of the cushions! My husband put it together for me. He had some issues with the holes being covered by the wicker webbing so he had to cut some of it to get the screws drilled into the other parts. But it looks amazing and is a very sturdy set! I would buy again!

My chair was missing a screw. local ace hardware had what i needed to finish assembling the chair. they are really comfortable they hug you.

The assembly was difficult with the supplied tools. The ratchet was great until it fell apart on the 6th screw. The hole alignment was challenging. The grill we put together the day before was easier than these 2 chairs. Not sure how long they will last, but overall a nice set. The cushions want to slide off, but will rectify that with velcro. The back hits below the shoulders and is kind of awkward for your head with the slope of the back.

This was a gift that my daughter in law and son chose. The delivery was delayed by 1 week, and they noted that the box was pretty beaten up, but the product was unharmed and they love the set, just the right size for their balcony deck.

A little tricky to get chairs together. Don't tighten it all up right away; it will be easier to line up holes that way. Pretty good quality for the sale price I got it for.
