This is a great solar single light that you don't need to install. All you need is to put it in your lawn, soil, anywhere in your yard and it will start working within hours. It has a nice, modern, clean look, solid metal build and it gives you the nice warm light anywhere you need a little night watch, by your gate, garage, front door, pathway etc. Looks and works great!

We like the fact that these lights are small and put out a lot of light. The unit is 3 inches in diameter and 14 inches high; the cylinder that holds the light is 7 inches high. To turn the unit on you have to take the unit apart by pulling the top off. You may find it easier to push the glass up to allow you to grab on to the top part of the light that holds the solar cells and the light itself. There is a small white flexible rubber guard over the toggle switch. (see pic). The unit ships with the switch off. We left ours outside to charge and then wondered why it did not turn on at night. You have to turn the switch on. Easy to disassemble for cleaning as well. Very bright for only 15 lumens

Super Bright Garden Solar light! Took a minute to figure out how it worked. It didnt come with instructions. To turn the light on you have to take the top off and click buttom on top of lid. The stake is inside the pole. Love the way it looks. Want to get a few more.

Our driveway can get really dark at night and i like being abke to see better when i walk around the house at night. I've used solar lights like this for years because they're convenient & work well for the most part. I was truly impressed when i got this light abd saw how much brighter it is and how much of a bigger range it has compared to the others I have.

It's always exciting to choose a new look in landscape lights. This time, I went for a BETTER HOMES AND GARDEN'S SOLAR-POWERED LED BOLLARD. It comes in black metal with a low brightness level of 15 lumens. There are three parts to each: - The glass housing that holds the torch. This can be opened to access the bulb and its on/off switch. - A 7-inch extension to add to its overall height. - And a 6-inch stake. This makes for a modern-looking pillar light. These may be individually purchased for the exact number needed. I placed my solar light into an existing flower pot in a sunny location outdoors. It receives at least 8 hours of sunshine to recharge and operate from dusk until dawn. It provides a touch of warmth to my front garden, and I can see installing additional LEDs for a more welcoming look. This is the perfect setting to last all night long. Just a thought with old versus new: I find I'm a bit of a traditionalist! I tend to go for a lantern-style design. This light gave me the compact look I was hoping for, and a way to simply and happily combine both elements!!

Wanted to love this sold light so much and I do but the fact that in about 10 hours of being outside with no rain or anything it has condensation inside of it. Love the on off switch in the removable top of the solar light!! The stick that goes into the ground is removable which is amazing when sticking it into the ground so you don't break the important light let of it!

The Better homes and garden black metal solar powered LED landscape landscaping light provides a good source of light outside in my yard. I am not sure which part of the light is metal, or what type of metal it is. I ran a magnet over it and didn't get any response. I noticed a fair amount of moisture accumulation inside the light.

Nice and bright from the sun. Two came with either a missing spike or the it didn't fit into the housing. I needed to return and replace.

The light was brighter than ones I usually purchase. Finally had a great downpour of rain here ... and there's a puddle of water INSIDE the cylinder itself. Streaks of water also Not worth the extra money these cost unfortunately.

Never hold the charge and two stopped working. Never charge even on a very sunny day and direct sunlight
