Really bland.
The jar is small, but if it's just for 1 or 2, then it'll work. The texture is smooth and has good viscosity. The only real issue is ZERO flavor. Z E R O. Trying to flavor it after it's already a made sauce is like trying to add more salt to already under-salted grits after cooking them. Because you cannot hit the mark right because it's all done/cooked. I tried tho with this sauce... it was palatable, but I won't be buying it again.

Extremely disappointed
This tasted no different than the great value Alfredo sauce which I don't personally like. There is very minimal flavor and the texture could be better. This was a smaller jar for a much heftier price. Extremely disappointed.
