I personally enjoyed these green bean chips they were very fresh. they were very crispy not hard they were perfect crunch because they were so fresh. the flavor was impeccable. however the amount that you get for the price is where I find it the hardest. $7 nearly $7 for 3 oz isn't really fair. but it is a treat for a reason

These are really tasty with a dab of French onion dip! Or ranch dip would be swell, too! :) My picky toddler actually likes these! I like the minimalist ingredients, health factor, and crunch of these. I would recommend them for replacing one of your daily 'potato chip snacks'--if you're like me and that's a problem sometimes. :) They are surprisingly filling, too. I wouldn't eat them plain much but they aren't bad this way, either. They would be an okay car snack for this reason!

I was hoping for a crunchy snack that would replace chips. For reference, I love the freeze dried peas. These were almost floral in taste. They did not taste like green beans with just salt. I would not buy these again.

DO NOT BUY THESE THEY LITERALLY SMELL LIKE CHEMICALS% PAINT THINNER. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I ATE ONE AND CANNOT GET THE TASTE OR SMELL OUT OF MY MOUTH OR NOSE 2 HRS LATER. I DECIDED TO HOLD A LIGHTER TO ONE AND IT WENT UP IN FLAMES INSTANTLY AND SMELLED LIKE BURNING PLASTIC.

I’ve often bought dehydrated and dried fruits and vegetables but these green beans had a very strong “chemical” smell and taste that did not seem normal. It was almost like a plastic or mineral oil flavor on every bean and it left a very strong aftertaste. Ended up tossing the whole package.

I was not sure what to expect out of these chips, but they taste exactly like raw green beans, with a sort of chip-crisp like texture. They're not salty or sweet, it is a raw green bean. If I wanted to eat raw green beans I'd go get some from the garden. Definitely not what I was expecting. They were nasty and went in the garbage.

These were so nasty. They tasted old and like a chemical. Nothing like a green bean- they went immediately in the trash. The okra chips are so good and thought these would be too, but that was so wrong.

Absolutely not. They are sweet for some reason?? I was expecting salty… kind of like those snap pea puffs but they are sweet with the aftertaste of green bean baby food.
