Beyond Laundry Detergent Strips [32 strips] - Fresh Linen

I have used this laundry detergent for over a year. It's extremely easy to use and easy to store in a small utility room. The clothes come out very clean. I have reordered it several times and make sure I have backup with another supply. Don't want to runout on laundry day.

Pros: Compact. Effective detergent. Weight savings. Storage convenience. Pleasant fragrance. Cons: Without plastic in its packaging, the odor does emanate. Costs about twice as much as comparable liquid "he" products. I see this as a great solution for vacation homes, traveling, space-challenged singles and childless couples. What I don't see is this as a solution for a family of four (or more) doing daily laundry. With the incredible savings on packaging, fossil fuel footprints to transport it and warehousing costs should help in bringing this price down to a more reasonable level. At a factor of nearly twice the cost per load, it's specialty uses are still the only motivation to buy it. I love it, but cannot invest so much in doing daily laundry for my family. You can believe me when I say that I will keep an eye on this product. If they were ever to hire me as a consultant, I would make a few crucial suggestions, but their product is excellent from the get-go.

I was very skeptical about using this detergent in a sheet shape, and wow I was really surprised who just a couple of strips will leave my clothes clean and smelling fresh and clean. The best thing is that is very easy and convenient to use, no more plastic bottles and measuring detergents! Love it! it works! Just put 2 strips at the bottom of the washer, add your clothes and let the machine do the rest!

I am very impressed with this product. Not only does it clean better than any detergent that I've used in years, but the clothes are softer coming out of the dryer. I switched to this product for two reasons: (1) to use a product made in North America, and (2) to avoid the plastic waste from using pods sold in big plastic containers. This product is good for the environment, performs better than the detergent pods and supports a more local workforce. I highly recommend this product.

Love...love...love using these laundry sheets... So easy to use and saves space when having to store them in my small laundry room.

Love the packaging- great for environment. Seem to clean well. Slightly pricey but seem to have health conscious ingredients.

I really wanted to like this product, but was not completely sold on it yet. Very convenient and cost efficient, lightweight and saving the earth, but the scent is lacking. I could not even smell a fresh aroma in the clothes, at all. I have only tried it once, so it may get better. It was worth checking it out, but if I didn't get it on sale, it would be cheaper than the tradional detergent I use. We'll have to wait and see....

Bought these as a stopgap, when I wasn't sure my regular brand, LG Fresh Fugi, would be available. don't like them as much as my usual

I used Beyond Concentrated Laundry Detergent Sheets (two strips each) for two loads of laundry on 11/18/2020 with a Speed Queen side loading washer, using cold water on the regular wash cycle, and I used two dryers following the wash cycles. I also pre-wash spot cleaned using Arm and Hammer Liquid Detergent With OxiClean to touch-up stains. The clothes that I washed were lightly soiled. I used separate dryers for the two loads. The clothes finished clingy with static electricity. Using the Beyond strips, while effective detergent, requires laundry softener. In the past I have used 1/4 cup per load of Charlie Banana Laundry Soap. Most recently I have replaced Charlie Banana Laundry Soap with 1/4 cup per load of a home-made laundry detergent mixture consisting of 2 cups Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda, 2 cups of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, one cup of OxiClean, and one cup of 20 Mule Team Borax. My more cost-effective home-made laundry detergent does not require fabric softener, similar to Charlie Banana Laundry Soap. The Beyond Laundry Detergent Sheets are not heavily scented and I am Ok with that, and they dissolve during the wash cycle. The strips are made in Canada. Although the detergent sheets are a novel concept, I plan to continue using my home-made laundry detergent mixture.
