Beyond Dew tastes like Diet Mountain Dew. Maybe even better. I did giggle when I read the review about the “allergic reaction” to this product. It has a good amount of beta alanine in it. The tingle factor is real. For me, that’s how I know it’s worth taking. My muscles seem to recover faster taking beta alanine. I don’t use this as pre workout because I use the powdered Lit for that. This is handy for my long shifts at work. Gives me the kick I need to survive!

I find that the Snow Cone flavor is really great. I use this for longer workouts as you get a lot in the can and I drink it as I workout. I could see using this while working to stay focused as well. No jitters, no adverse affects just great taste and good focus.

Raw Lit is very good in terms of its practicality because it is always ready to be taken without the need to spend time preparing it and if very effective in terms of a pre-workout boost which I really feel the difference during the training compared to when I am not able to take it.

Would give it a -100 if I could I got this preworkout drink from gnc before going to the gym. I’ve never tried this specific pre workout so I decided to ive heard a lot of talk about it so I decided what not half way into the drink I started feeling a very uncomfortable tingling sensation in my hands and it was PAINFUL it started going through my entire body and my face went numb, tingly and painful. I started freaking out at the gym so I went to the hospital and doctor said it was a caffeine overdose. My sister had a asthma attack because she drank the full thing. Mayen I drank it wrong or honestly I don’t know. I’m aware there’s supposed to be a tingling sensation but this one was extremely painful and my body felt like it was on fire. Never buying that product again. But protein shakes from there are pretty good ??
