Some off brands seem to not roll correctly or break %26 make it hard to write over them. These don't do that and are worth the money.

I have been buying this corrector for a while now and have had very little problems with it. They are affordable and I use it frequently. Great buy.

BIC Wite-Out Brand EZ Correct Correction Tape, White, 10 Pack is the industry standard correction tape and performs well; however from time to time the tape and tip guide get misaligned causing substantial loss of product in order to get the tape and guide realigned and rolling smoothly again. Out of ten, 8 will perform as expected with no loss. That's approximately $2.50 loss on every purchase. Also consider that the 10 pack rolls have a little less tape in each cartridge compared to what's sold individually. Size matters!

It works pretty smoothly when I tested it, but the white out doesn't catch onto the paper easily from the start.

I chose delivery at 2-4PM. It was delivered at 5:18 PM We are a business. We Went home. Then it says reschedule. But you only have one chance. It's not my fault you were LATE. And sent by UBER EATS! lol She calls me and tells me she is at the LOCKED gate with Uber eats. I said we didn't order any Uber Eats. And why would we? We are closed. If you want Business from Workplaces you need to have a way to let us tell you that we are only available during BUSINESS HOURS. I wouldn't select a 2 hour window that we would not be available.

The design is faulty to me. I loose a lot of correction tape because the tape falls off the spool and also dries out and breaks. I won't purchase it again.

As most other posters on here - I agree -horrible design. I had to rewrite 3 pages of my check register to correct a problem that the wite out would have corrected - if it had only worked. I have tossed 2 of these, barely used. I will not buy another BIC product. I am only grateful that your people don't work at the nuclear plant.

I have purchased more than 10 (of the double pks) these items and it is ridiculous from such a well-known company they always break before the witeout tape is empty most of the time they break when you've only used a little bit of it. I will not buy anymore of these witeout tapes until you guys make sure there's a way we can go in and easily fix the tape that needs to be wound up inside that's been used because once that is somehow magically popped out you cannot fix it I've tried taking one apart I can't get it back together and when I do get it back together it's still broken you need to make a more efficient and effective product and if you can't then you need to make it accessible to where we can fix it instead of wasting our money on these items that tend to make our life a lot easier than using liquid white out honestly I believe that I deserve some sort of compensation because I am really holding back here on the words that I really want to use because I'm trying to be an adult about this but I'm really mad every time I buy one somehow something happens & the used clear tape will not go back in and once that happens I can't use it anymore I mean I could show you at least 10 of them that have white out in them but I can't use it. I can almost guarantee that I will never hear back from this unreliable company BIC I mean at least make the stupid thing accessible to be able to fix them ourselves, but instead they know this and they make even more money since they break so quickly and then I have to buy more every time and they know we need them for a lot of things like: teachers & students have a lot of need for homework and stuff like that, stationary & calendar/planner corrections, businesses use them for many different things. With plenty of knowledge of how awesome they work when they actually do work (I've never been able to use one all the way till the whiteout tape was actually empty). But I have lost so much money in order to not to have the inconvenience of liquid white out...
