Have been buying these Bic pencils for years. They write smoothly and cleanly with a fine point. The lead advances easily and reliably with a click on the eraser end. The only thing to be careful of is not to advance the lead more than one or two clicks. It will break easily if it's too long because of the fine diameter.
I always buy Bic Mechanical Pencils for my kids, and they love them. The quality is great, as are the grip and the smoothness while writing. The eraser is great. Excellent for students and for work too. Highly recommended.
We like buying this bigger 10ct pack. My husband uses them a lot at his weekly pool league to keep score. With all the guys around the billiards tables the pencils usually go missing. But at BICs budget friendly price we can just replace them. The .7mm lead is traditional and efficient. Trusty for decades and decades.
I enjoy writing with a pencil. However, using a pencil instead of my computer means I need to erase. These pencils have good lead. The problem is that the erasers do not last and they absorb the lead smearing the paper when erasing. I had to buy erasers and be careful not to push down.
These mechanical pencils work great. I buy these every school year for my grandkids. They come in nice colors and are easy to find in their bookbag. They are a great product that last well throughout the school year. I definately recommend these !
These are my fav pencils they last a very long time and I love that mine came in a box instead of plastic this time bc then you can close the box back up after grabbing the ones you need!
The pencils work well. The eraser part is used up too quickly. Pencil top erasers do not fit well on top. So the pencils bece worthless unless you carry a separate eraser and that is not convenient at times.
These are always my go to pencils. i keep some in my craft room, on my piano for making notes, and in the den for making shopping lists and for puzzle books.
I've been using the BIC Xtra Smooth No. 2 Mechanical Pencils for work and everyday writing, and they've been excellent. The lead writes smoothly without scratching the paper, and the pencils feel comfortable to hold, even during long writing sessions. One of my favorite features is that they never need sharpening, which saves time and keeps things less messy. The erasers do a good job of removing mistakes cleanly, and the lead doesn't break as often as it does with many other mechanical pencils. They're dependable, affordable, and perfect for school, work, standardized tests, or everyday note-taking. If you're looking for a quality mechanical pencil that performs consistently, these are a great choice and one I would definitely buy again.
I have written in pen for so long that I've forgotten what pencil looks like on paper. This is what I remembered: a little scratchy, thin, and light. I went with the .9mm and was much happier.
