Bigelow Herbal Tea, Mint Medley, Tea Bags, 20 Count

This has been my favorite mint tea for years. It’s not overpowering like peppermint tea. Sometimes I drink a cup of it here and there, but usually I use 4 bags of this and 2 bags of Walmart green tea, brew them together, put the mixture in a 2 quart pitcher, add water to the top, refrigerate, and drink it cold. Very refreshing.

I'm not a huge fan of peppermint by itself, but I really like this mix of peppermint and spearmint -- it's my go-to for mint tea!

smells divine, great sipping tea especially for upset tummy. the only affordable blend of spearmint %26 peppermint. can usually get at least 2 cups with one bag.

This tea is super excellent. I drink it all the time, especially at night. I find it very soothing and calming and it helps me to go to sleep. Its also very helpful for digestion after or with a meals

The combination of spearmint and peppermint is perfect, not overpowering like some straight peppermint teas. The added flavors of linden, passionflower, hops, chamomile, catnip, lemon verbena, lemon peel, and lemongrass really round out the taste.

1st time purchase of this flavor and I’m extremely happy with the minty flavor. I mix with my green tea %26 surprisingly it’s great as a combo with black tea . Perfect hot or cold! 5 stars easily!

Growing up, I never had a babysitter, I went to Nana & Papa's (maternal grandparents). Nana always served hot tea to Papa in bed at night so naturally, I got to have this also. I felt so sophisticated & grown up! As I have gotten older, I have learned to appreciate various "flavored" teas in addition to regular tea. Not only does Mint Medley taste awesome, it helps me relax. As a multi gallon blood donor (just hit the 100 gallon mark!), I also appreciate that does not contain caffeine. Caffeine inhibits the absorption of iron & my iron count has to be a certain level in order to donate blood. I also started bringing various flavors of decaf herbal teas from Bigelow to the Blood Bank here in Austin, TX. Another added bonus is that after brewing, I can just put the used tea bag in the compost. Also, the packaging is 100% recyclable. It's a win-win situation!

Mint melody was interesting. I don't like or dislike it

I love this tea daily for digestion support. The mild spearmint balances the peppermint perfectly. You can't really taste the hibiscus, but that has added health benefits. My only complaint is that our local Walmart store no longer seems to carry, and even if to ship, the price has tripled since January 2026. Hoping that changes, but meanwhile will have to check other places to buy.

most teas just load up on peppermint extract. This tea's flavor is peppermint forward but at least there's other stuff going on too, with decent spearmint flavor to balance it out. Its an OK alternative while my regular brand is being price-gouged by third party sellers.
