Excellent hot or cold
This tea is great hot or cold with or without sugar or cream. Being from the New England area we drank tea hot with milk/cream and sugar. But I am now diabetic so I have cut out that stuff unless my sugar is low and I really love this iced. I can't drink tea of any kind iced with sugar because I have not done so for over 45 years.

Great tea
My favorite Tea… happy to see the cost go down. If I make a cup of tea and don't finish it , I put a. Cover over it and put in the refrigerator - don't want to waste it… the taste is so good

It's Okay
I drink a lot of hot teas, I like all kinds of flavors. Bought this based on the review that said it was discontinued so they were buying it up. I'm glad I only bought one box. It does smell good but steeped, it is not that exciting or flavorful. My third cup I added honey, didn't make much of a difference. The plus side is that you dont have artificial caramel scent seeping from your pores like you get from some coffee and teas. It was okay but I wouldn't repurchase.

I bought two items one came crushed so they sent me another one today I got it in and it was completely crushed. other than the taste and the customer service Representatives it's been horrible.
