Biggest Loser Workout: Power Sculpt ( (DVD))

I love this product! You get an awesome workout for a minimum amount of time. It is also nice to see real people doing these exercises. As someone who is just getting serious about losing weight and getting into shape, I know that if I can do this workout, anyone can. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been doing this workout dvd for over a week and i can feel the inches already disappearing. within the first workout i felt great... the host all of course professional (Kim,Bob, and Jillian) and easy to understand. it also has people from the the show who are actually working out. i have already lost 4 pounds in a week (with dieting and of course running on the side) and i feel good.

I use this video every day with the cardio max one. I look forward to doing this one after cardio max...only because....its not as intense...obviously because it is just sculpting. But you really feel it later in your muscles. I have noticed great results and i've been doing them both for 3 weeks. very easy moves yet still a good sculpting workout!

Power Sculp is a grreat workout that is good for anyone at any level of fitness. Great for those starting a new workout and great for those who want a challenge at level 3. It makes you feel good because the people doing the workouts are not skinny and in great shape. They are your everyday person. Working hard to get fit!

This is a great exercise DVD. Being able to work your way up to the full tape as you get stronger is great. Also having the motivation from the trainers of the Biggest Loser helps because you can get emotionally attached to the cast and the trainers and the stories so it can help you stay motivated as you exercise. I watch biggest loser every week to help me stay motivated aslo. Great exercise DVD!!

Very motivating and can be customized to your workout level. Very real the participants are people from the show and are still working to get to their goal weight. Not your average workout video with people who workout 6 hours a day. Makes you feel comfortable and motivated when you watch and participate. If you are instructor this video has alot of great tips and workouts to pull from!!!

i have been on diets and workout programs through out my teens years until now. My husband and decided it was time to lose weight and be healthy. We have been using this dvd and the strengthen dvd for the past two weeks and we have lost at least eight pounds each. Everyone can see that we are losing weight. We feel great!!!!!! We are not on any special diets. We eat healthy and work out at least five time a week. This is a great thing to have in our home.

This workout is great! I've been doing it for a few weeks and I have definitely noticed a difference. I love that it has levels. It starts you out slow with not so difficult routine then it get harder, but by then your ready for a little more challenge. I HAVE recommended this workout to all my friends.

Great Workout! The only thing I wasn't to hipp on was the last 10 min or so. It consisted of a LOT of push ups and I find them very difficult. Overall though, it was a great workout. You really have to concentrate to do the moves slow and steady to watch the knees don't give out on you or get damaged.

Pretty good workout. I usually combine this DVD with the Cardio Max DVD. Not extremely challenging but still a good workout.
