The Biggest Loser: Boot Camp (DVD)

This is a great workout and it is great for all sizes too and I am not just saying that I started out at 245 lbs I have only had this video a couple weeks and the pounds are just coming off! you have to eat right and do this video at least three to five days a week and be committed for it to get the best results!

so far I have only done level 1 once yesterday and today i can feel it in my butt and thighs. They are both sore. I am 186 pounds and only burned 86 calories which I was hoping for more but now knowing it worked the muscles good cause I am sore makes that number ok. awesome workout and looking forward to more.

I purchased lots of workout dvd, this one is the best from what I had now. I sweat a lots like do with the trainer that I did before. But still seeking for more other good dvd of Bob. I think he is best for workout but I do love jillians too, some of her Dvd is good.

I just love Bob !!! And when you don't have time to go to gym, this is the best way to stay focus on your goals.

This video works out every muscle and you do it for 8 weeks and after the eight weeks the results were very good. I lost weight and I love how my body looks now. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight.

WOW I REALLY LIKE THIS WORKOUT-IT'S LIKE AN ALL IN ONE WORKOUT ...YOU GET EVERYTHING OUT OF THIS!! AND OF COURSE EVERYONE LIKES TO WORKOUT WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE LARGE. IT JUST SHOWS YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU FOLLOW THE BIGGEST LOOSER SHOW. REMEMBER TO LOOSE WEIGHT YOU NEED TO BUILD MORE MUSCLE ...THIS WILL DO IT !

I really enjoy this workout! You will need hand weights, a medicine ball (optional), and a body band or resistance cords. During the workout, Bob mentions that you can use the hand weights for all the exercises requiring the other things. I feel that this workout is working on all areas of my body even after one week. The set up keeps you going and gives you something to build on. It gets easier to do each time and then you add on another workout. I recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight and/or get in shape.

I just got this and started using it a couple of weeks ago and oh my goodness...way better than Jillian Michaels! I like that there are actually people my size on there and not already skinny people like on the Jillian Michaels Dvd's. Definitely a huge fan of this product and would recommend it to anyone!

This dvd really gives me a good workout. It makes you sweat- and gives great results!! You can customize it to do a shorter workout or a longer workout- and Bob does a good job movitating you to do your best and burn off the calories! I would totally recommend it to anyone who is serious about losing extra weight- it works!

I was hoping it to be more of a cardio workout but it is definitely more focused on toning and strengthening. It is not a bad video, but I want to lose weight faster and it just didn't have me moving around enough to feel as though it would make much of a difference. I would use this when i lose the weight and want to enhance the shape and toning of my body, but not until then.
