This was the best chair ever comfortable easy to assemble and absolutely beautiful I love this chair I definitely recommend buying it is worth the price LOVE IT!!!!

There's nothing I really dislike. I saw other people mentioning the arms loosen up over time but there's literally a note in the packaging that says they do that and just need to be retightened. No biggie. Much more comfortable than I intended and helps me with my posture. I got this because I work from home and wanted a chair that was guaranteed to be comfortable so why not a gamer chair for like the same price lol plus it's pink.

Had this chair for 3 months now. It's wearing out.

Once assembled we realized the chair randomly slides down while you're in it throughout the day. Tried to see if there was something that needed to be tightened only to find out one of the parts were defective. It does not hold air in the part which causes it to lose air, and slide down when weight is in the chair. Are this point I just want my money back. A video file is to big to send. And you can't send a picture of it sliding down because pictures don't capture the process of what the chair does

chair did not hold up . was difficult to put together smaller then pictures and description seat started ripping within a couple of weeks. arms of chair continually needed tightening then finally broke. Just not a good chair. was bought at Christmas however not put together or used untill April of 2025. this pictures taken May 2025.

Never received it. It was possibly stolen due to being left in the opening. I received no assistance or a solution to finding my package. Highly disappointed with both parties it was complete waste of my time and money that someone has a free chair

Never received and when i asked for a replacement i was told no and to just dispute the charge. As if it isn't Christmas

Chair is cheaply made left arm won't fit in the screws. Wanted to get a refund. Who do I speak with. It's not what I expected

I ordered the orange for my husband because in the picture it shows it being a burnt orange, more of a brown orange. It came today and it's neon orange. It matches nothing we have and is just ugly! The picture is definitely not what you're getting. If I'm paying for a product I expect it to look like the picture at least somewhat! Not this chair, I'm extremely disappointed: here's a pic of the real color… nothing like the picture they're selling at all.
