Fast delivery thank you. First time trying this neck and shoulder stretcher. I have pain from a past injury and hasn't healed in years ( comes and goes). I want to give this a try and hope it can help me.

Good design but the form %26 shape should be less rigid %26 softer texture- it actually hurts my neck vertebrae even after using it for a week. Makes a great knee support tho - try it while you rest flat on the couch! Just slip it under your knee instead of your neck!! 😀

the item appears as it was described, my only issue is that the item is kind of flimsy, don't get this twisted it by no means is cheaply constructed, the material from which it has been modeled is not as firm or hard as i expected. the arch doesn't maintain the correct position needed to get a good stretch in the cervical vertebrae. it works when I first begin using but as it warms with the heat from my skin it becomes more pliable so I do get use of it just not for as long as i need. the price was low so i shouldn't complain which to be clear this is not all gloomy. I get some benefit, I would buy the item again but I'll be looking for one with a harder material for it's construction

No directions or suggestions just a chart written in Chinese. Not helpful at all

This item was great for about two days. It's so soft and a heating mechanism goes all the way up to the neck, but then it stopped working. It just completely stopped. I didn't do anything to it. I had it plugged in turned onto level 8 and it just never would turn back again.

The curved part of the item is great, but the pressure-point nodules in different places are very uncomfortable. I can't use it.

Couldn't use it because it's hard and uncomfortable. Can't see how it could be of any advantage
