Headset is better than I had hoped for. Bluetooth feature connects to your devices almost effortlessly, and you have the option to have a corded connection . It is very comfortable to wear and does a great job of noise canceling. Battery charges quickly and lasts longer than any other headset we have purchased. I would definitely recommend this headset and I am planning on buying a few more to give as gifts.

Got this for my guy and he really likes it. Comfortable headset, charge last and if it starts to go dead and can plug it into controller and keep going. Got it for around $36 and free shipping and got 2 maybe 3 days later can't remember as we've got couple months ago

I ordered these for my son and they dont work. He cannot hear or talk through the mike. Bluetooth does not work

I have no idea why it is taking so long. There's so many technical errors. I can't seem to print out the label due to it. Won't take me there and says technical issues. Please come back later. FedEx already came to my house and will come to my house for the second time. And I cannot print the label. First of all, I don't even understand why I have to go with a third party. Why I was not able to just return this item to walmart when I bought it from walmart app. I will place all over social media stating how inconvenient this whole process and experience was dealing with Walmart shopping via Walmart app. And so on. I'm extremely unhappy i'm so frustrated
