It is metal, not plastic and it is well made. Simple to install, it took me about 10 minutes and the box even included the plumbing tape. The pressure is easily controlled for a stronger or less intense water stream. And the stream can be changed from shower fold or a single straight stream(which has a stronger stream). I found that I prefer it to the stationary toilet seat mounted because I can have better control over the aim. But a really important factor that led to my decision to purchase a handheld bidet was hygiene. The handheld ones can be cleaned thoroughly after being used each time.

It was very easy to install this. They have included that would be needed. The tube is very long as well. It looks of very good quality but is available at a good price. Happy with the purchase.

A great addition to the home bathroom! Do turn off at the “T-Valve” the flow control valve showen in sales photo can get accidentally bumped when not in use.

I bought this for the main bath in the house. After searching online I came across the ones fitted to the seat. Not that it will not be useful but it din't meet our needs. I was relieved when I found this product. This is exactly what we used to have back in India. The product is easy to install without permanent fixtures which is extremely important for renters like us. Well to the functioning of the product its as how it should be. Needn't say more. Will definitely recommend.

I have been used few different handheld sprayers and A1 is by far the BEST! Other handheld models I used didn't have pressure control feature or had a push button type of control which is almost impossible to adjust water pressure. A1 pressure control is easy to use and very effective. I love the dual water sprayer and comfortable handle and extra long hose is also a definite PLUS. This is be far the best handheld unit I have ever used with greatest value.

The handheld bidet works will. What I don't like about it is that the water spraying out splashes elsewhere which causes a bit of cleanup required. Overall it is beneficially worth having. It would be nice if it could be hooked up to warm water.

I cannot connect it to the pipe.

Easy install but spray is so weak in water pressure that doesn't clean well for the user-specific area. Just recommend it safe for kids.

paid for plumber 100 $ to connect it Then found the pipe closed from one side So the water didn't run through
