BioAdvanced Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus, Concentrate, 40 Oz

After a liberal application and one more spot treatment, the ants in my house have drastically reduced. I still have nearly half a bottle left after doing the entire perimeter and inside baseboards in a 2700 sq ft home as well as garden are and flower beds. For the price, you can't beat this for killing ants and keeping them out of your house.

This product does its job. To eliminate the invasive Chinese Lantern Flies, spray them good and within 10 minutes they are dead. I tested it and it worked and I informed the company, BioAdvanced, of this, as well as it works on carpenter ants. If you don't know where they are coming from, carpenter ants love tight ropes. If you have an outside electrical line, cable line, phone line or even a laundry line hooked to your home they will travel the distance. Apply it by spraying the lines. Ants follow their same lines to and fro. They also travel through the grass heading to your home from the woods, spray the perimeter of your home foundation and keep growth of trees and ornamental bushes away from reaching your home. Keeping control eliminates the pests! Always read the dilution requirements of any product!

I had a problem with carpenter bees and couldn't enjoy sitting on my porch, so I purchased the bioadvance and after a few times of applying the spray on the wood the bees stopped trying to dig into the wood.

I have used this the last two years. The side of my house where I store firewood always gets carpenter ants in the spring and this does a great job of getting rid of them.

Product works great. swarms of termites land on my roof every year around April. Normally I spray my roof around the end of March. When the swarms come they die within a foot or two of where they land. Has to be the product doing it's job.

I hired a company to spray for carpenter ants which I got infested with after Ian, I believe. Had a lot of dead branches left from the storm and the electric company trimmed tree branches from around power lines and left it in the overgrown lot behind me. Never had them before. The person came and sprayed in a hit and miss fashion and I did not have them come back. 2nd pest company to fail. Bought this product and have done sporadic and total spraying inside and the perimeters outside. I continue to find clean window sills and baseboards throughout the house and garage. A wonderful product in my estimation.

i did 3oz to 1gal of water first 3 treatments works wonders ants spiders, all bugs GONE! now doing regual mix to keep up on it

This concentrate does NOT come with a sprayer. I trusted the bot answer to my question; the bot was wrong. I should have trusted the photo ( doesn't show sprayer). Product might be good (???).

Never received it after a week of saying delayed , expected delivery on May 4th. Never received mean green that was on same order. I dislike very much how everything is being sent usps and not fed x or ups.
