Taste was good. Mixes well in water. Did not upset my stomach like ither brands have. Mixes well with other supplements.

I like this product. It works. I don't eat enough living greens and this made a notable difference in my digestion. That is why this gets 4 stars. The cons: Way too much citric acid. The (mixed Berry) taste is sickly sweet. It does not dissolve all the way. Stirred, shaken, or blended, I still had blobs of goo. Not fizzy. No idea if it helps immunity. Did not notice any caffeine effects. If you don't eat enough living greens to support healthy digestion and you're on a budget, I would recommend this product.

Out of similar comparison I'll compare this to force factor smarter greens. Force Factor smarter greens has a little spoon inside that's twice as big as this one. This BIOHD has a very small serving spoon that comes inside the container. Force Factor smarter greens completely fills the container to The top, as in for BIOHD it's haft full. As in for the taste I'm not to very picky, but If you want a easier taste than BIOHD is the way to go. I usually put this in about 1/4 of a cup of water inside a water bottle. shake It up, and take it. It always seems to mix perfectly with this small amount of water. I never get a strange after taste like I do with Force Factor greens, in fact BIOHD actually tastes pretty good. I actually think it smells just like a blueberry pancake mix!! As in for the description of the taste to me it does taste like a berry juice, unlike force factor that has a very Earthy, strong taste. Overall I honestly don't see a difference between the two with the overall performance. I do recommend if you're looking for a cheaper green to take every day that will last a month. For the price of both at least it's a affordable option that will benefit your health. I also like how both of these come with not only greens but some vitamins! I gave this a four star only because I feel like Force Factor has the win when it comes to more ingredients , but I do recommend trying both.

There is a tiny scooper, so I'm thinking surely it won't change the taste of my chosen beverage to much. I was wrong! That small scoop overpowered everything I put it in and the taste is not horrible. I was able to mask the taste once by making the most jam packed smoothie I've ever made.

i received an expired product 3 time's two different locations i actaully drank some when it came the second time thinking whats rhe chance this woukd be expired to smh stomach was upset for two days probiotic expired is no good for gut.

I didn’t notice the ingredients contained maltodextrin until I tried it and wondered why it was so sickeningly sweet. Maltodextrin is horrible for the gut and does the exact opposite of all they claim. So no I wouldn’t buy this product again.
