Perfect for resistance band workouts
I use this bar with my resistance bands for chest and back exercises. Assembly was easy and attaching to the bands is simple. The ends are padded for comfort and the bar is well built.

Good workout tool
I haven't used this for a workout yet, but I'm guessing it works well b/c it was recommended through this Facebook group for runners and the creator recommended by the creator for some exercises.

sturdy needs examples of use
The bar feels well built, but then I am using it in rehabilitating a shoulder, and addressing the effects of a peripheral neuropathy. So my use is much less demanding than what I have seen in videos for similar products. Too bad. With an aging population with infirmities, it seems this should be a growing market. Not showing its use, and modifications cost it one star in my rating.
