I have been using this product that my plumber recommended after he fixed my drains about 6 months ago. It is easy to use and does the job to keep my drains clear; once a month and done! I recently ordered another container of the BioOne, 64 oz. but was a bit disappointed in the packaging inside the box. The bottle was in a plastic bag, on it's side and it had leaked some of the liquid into the bag. Great product though and will keep it on hand for sure.
Used this product years ago and bought locally. Went back to repurchase but owner had passed away. So, local search came up empty. Went to Walmart and came right up. Quick and easy order process. Shipping was quick and able to track. Biggest plus was it arrived with no damages. Being a liquid leaking was a concern. Shipper packed it right. No damage. No leaks. Thank you.
This one is kind of hard to review because you can't tell if it's really working but I heard lots of good things from pro's about this particular product. I have a septic sump pump because my house is below the sewer line, sewage goes into a 40 gallon tank and then when a little over half full gets pumped to the sewer. Well, I have had tons of problems with these pumps clogging from grease and hair so I got this. Every 30 days at night I put some down into the sink and pour in just enough water to wash it into the sump, my hope is that it has enough time to do it's job (like 8 hours) before someone uses enough water the next day to cause the pump to activate. Been using it like 6 months now and so far so good. Only time will really tell.
This product was recommended to us by a professional plumber for use in preventing drain clogs caused by our air conditioning unit. Our A/C drains from the attic through our master bathroom drain. For the past 6 years, a plumber had to come out one to two times a year to snake our drain pipes. Since we began using BioOne, we have not had an issue. It really works ... and costs much less than a plumber's visit. Walmart's pricing on this product is very competitive.
I love the product but the shipping that was not from Walmart was insufficient and the product leaked all over the box and plastic bag surrounding the bottle. I returned it to Walmart because, being pricey (but worth it) I was not prepared to lose several applications through no fault of my own. I still hope to get a complete replacement eventually!
The Bio-One works extremely well on a slow drain and has an inventive way to measure doses. I'll keep it on hand from now on.
I use this every month to keep a kitchen sink sump pump from clogging. Been using for three years and haven't had a problem since
Do not hesitate to buy this product. This is an Excellent maintenance product for your grease traps and septic.
We are on a municipal water supply with four inch drain pipes. The house is over forty years old and the soil under the house has settled in some places which caused the pipes to sag allowing for grease and organic material to build up. Before I started using BioOne the pipes would clog every two to three years. The last plumber told us to use BioOne every two months. It works. We haven't had a clog since.
Company sent me the wrong item. I returned the wrong item to the local store and received refund but only for the item plus tax and not for $17.85 they had charged me for shipping. I should not have to pay for shipping of a wrong item but the company refuses to refund the money Would never buy from this company again. Total Scam!!!
