I appreciated how the product is packaged; the tablets are semi solid so, even though one crumbled, it worked out well to fit in the detergent reservoir. I may have to run it twice, as the dishwasher in this rental was putrid. But, for just one cleaning, after who knows how long, using a tablet at the bottom of the machine and one in the detergent spot, it got pretty clean! I'm encouraged to also try the affresh washing machine cleaner, now.

This dishwasher cleaner works great on our old washer. It came out cleaning better and smelling better ! Thank goodness ! I highly recommend this item. It's easy to use. Just put the tablet where the soap usually goes and run the cycle. Easy peasy !!!

My washer hasnt been cleaning properly so i used this to see if maybe that was the issue. it was. this stuff removed all the nastiness out of my dishwasher.

I'm really pleased with the cleaning ability of this product. The scent is pleasant and my dishwasher sparkles after I use it. I use the Affresh washing machine cleaner, too.

sometimes my dishwasher smells slightly in thd summer and I use 1 of these tablets and there is no smell anymore and everything gets 100% spotless. excellent product. well with the money snd cheaper than getting same product at the appliance store.

Love this product, but got this through Walmart's delivery and they packets with tablets in- came in Powder form instead of the usual big round tablet. Very messy.

I've been using this product for a few years. I don't use it that often. Maybe two or three times a year. If you keep your dishwasher filters clean and clean them more often the dishwasher stays cleaner. It's easy to use. I use the express wash cycle since it's faster and uses more water for cleaning.

That's the first time I've tried this product. I was expecting it to be a miracle but not really. I have a KitchenAid dishwasher that collects gunk in each Corner of the bottom of the door. so I have to clean that out and I thought this product would do it, but it did not. so I'm right back to square one. I just spray it down with white vinegar and wipe it out. so I guess I'll just keep doing that and save my money. Not sure where I can donate this product.

Buyer beware when dealing with Affresh. This is a review of the customer service I received from Affresh (1-800-643-09691 Whirlpool Corporation). The box is supposed to contain six tablets each in an individual sealed wrapper. However, one of the sealed wrappers I received did not contain its tablet. I received six individual sealed wrappers but there were tablets in only five of the wrappers. When I notified Affresh about their error I was not offered a replacement or compensation for the missing tablet purchased. Affresh may not deliver the quantity you purchase from them and they will not refund or replace your loss. Purchase products from Affresh at your own risk. You have been warned.

The tablet discolored the stainless steel in the inside of my dishwasher. It says you can place it anywhere in the bottom of the dishwasher. Don't do that if it's stainless steel. Use the dispenser even though the tablet doesn't really fit.
