This is a household must have for us. I use this at least two times a month in ours. And it helps leave it clean fresh and operating at its best. Definitely would recommend this. It is important to follow the directions completely to make the product worked to the best of its ability. And if you've had one for a while, and you haven't cleaned it, it may take a couple before it actually starts working because of all the buildup.

Glisten Disposer Care Cleaner is very easy to use and allows to keep you disposal working and avoids all smell. I use it every three or four weeks. The price is only 99¢ a packet. That is pretty reasonable considering how much we use it if we don't recycle everything. I highly recommend it.

I really like the Glisten Disposal Care Cleaner. Go by the directions, of course, basically run water, throw in a pack -don't open the pack- turn on the disposal and it foams up nicely on both sides. When the blur foam is gone, the disposal is clean and has a light lemon scent. It's cost effective, safe for septic systems, and it works.

Works well, I drop one packet every two weeks into the garbage disposer. Some folks never clean or when they think about, both bad habits if you want to accumulate to a point you may need a plumber to clear out the buildup, plus your disposal runs extra hard to push food and water out

These are a quick %26 easy way to deodorize your in sink disposal unit. There is nothing to open simply drop it in your unit while running a small stream of water into it and in about 60 seconds it foams up and gets the job done. It may also deodorize your sink piping if it's connected close enough. Can't get much easier than that.

I bought these because my garbage disposal had reached the "ancient swamp monster" phase of its life cycle. You know the smell. The one that makes you question every life decision that led to standing at your sink at 10:37 PM sniffing the drain like you're on CSI: Kitchen Edition. Dropped one packet in, turned on the disposal, and suddenly my sink smelled like a lemon had gone to therapy and worked through all of its issues. The foaming action was oddly satisfying. I have no scientific evidence that it cleaned every inch of the disposal, but it looked productive, and honestly that's enough to keep my millennial brain happy. Would absolutely buy again. It's cheaper than replacing the disposal, moving to another house, or pretending the smell is "just part of the home's character."

Based on the instructions and following them, the product did not perform as stated. It did not turn blue and foam after adding warm/hot water. The expectations fell short because my garbage disposal lacked the smell of freshness. Maybe because it did not foam even though I followed the instructions. Lastly, I didn't feel comfortable putting the thick bag into my garbage disposal. It stated, it was biodegradable, but it was too big and thick for my taste. I was trying to save money with an unknown product and I got what I paid for.

I had higher expectations for this cleanser. While it did a sufficient job, I found that using more economical ingredients like baking soda and vinegar, we just as effective in cleaning my disposal. The “Lemon Scent” they advertise is barely noticeable.
