Great stuff. Ive never had funky odors in my HE washer and Tide washer refresher is the reason. I use it monthly to keep my washer clean inside and witjit odors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaning our front loading washing machine is always on our monthly maintenance plan. This is the first time we have used Tide Washing Machine Cleaner and we like that it is powder versus the round pucks that clunk around. The one thing that I noticed was a very strong scent of chemical once the cleaning cycle was completed. The process was very easy - open the packet, empty into washing machine and put it on the clean cycle. The bag does say put it on a hot wash, but I always prefer the clean cycle since that is what the washing machine instructions say. As with any cleaner, I always leave my washer door open when completed.

It got all of the nasty, funky odor out so I could continue washing our clothes without any residual odor. I highly recommend this product.

The family workout and sports clothes had been smelling awful no matter how many times they were washed lately, and I had no idea that it was the washer, not the clothing. After using Tide Washing Machine Cleaner for the first time the family wash came out smelling fresh and like new. It is very easy to use, and you use it just once per month or weekly if the washer smell is really bad. Pour the packet into the wash and run a cycle. I recommend that everyone try this product.

Easier to use instead of tablets.

Smelled just like the Tide pods, maybe a bit stronger. The instructions were easy to understand and there was no residue afterwards. I was very happy with this product and will be getting more.

This washing machine cleaner smells lightly like original Tide mixed with a heavily caustic finish. I'm not sure how effectively my washing machine was actually cleaned– the discoloration on my agitator was not suddenly scrubbed clean nor was the washing water nearly as filthy as some internet videos might suggest. But I do feel satisfied knowing the depth of my washing machine might be just a bit cleaner and keep my laundry smelling fresher long term.
