I've been using this for a very long time and it has never failed to produce excellent results. You don't have to own a pet to use it. Consider that if it does a wonderful job for pet owners, how awesome your non-pet floors will be.

I had this delivered and the lid wasn't on tight leaked all over bag!!! Plus amount of solution I lost

The staff who made effort to reach me and guide me to the pick-up location. You need to put sugn that your pick-up point is way over to the Subway aandwich store, instead of near Walmart entrance.

Works great on rug; and also as a diluted pre-wash for doggie pee pads; they are nice and white: no brown spots. It works the best; and I have tried a lot of different products: this does not damage the pads, and retains the water-proof coating.

Just received it and used for the first time and exceeded my expectations.

This item has a pleasant aroma. This floor cleaner cleans my floors and small rugs just fine. I highly recommend this bissell cleaner.

It works as advertised and does a great job. Makes it much easier for me to clean the kitchen area.

This product helps us keep our sanity. In a multi animal home, it reduces pet smell and works well on our LVP floors. I wish it had more scent options. Does not smell lemony.
